Horola the Mood Necklace - DW OC

Horola Timesly, mostly known as Horola or "Miss Moody" (as a nickname, and as a joke), is an anthropomorphic mood necklace with a gold outside, a long gold chain attached to the loop on her head, and a color changing face. When she's neutral, her face remains white. If she's happy, her face turns green. When she's agitated her face turns a red-orange. When she's calm, her face turns blue. When she's embarrassed, her face turns a light pink. When she's optimistic, her face turns yellow and so on. She wears golden bracelets on her arms dark purple eyeshadow, a rainbow striped bowtie, rainbow striped pants, black shoes, and a light blue waistcoat with a dark blue cummerbund belt over her waist, and a white dress shirt underneath. She has no fixated age, but is depicted to be a young adult (around 18). She's quiet, formal, straightforward, polite, an irritable sociopath, and somewhat stubborn. She speaks French, and has the accent, but mostly speaks English at times. She prefers peace and solidary whenever she isn't teaching the kids. She also loves to gossip, only about those she despise. She hates being touched, especially by kids or Toons she doesn't know (unless they're her friends, she'll allow a hug or two). She hates cats, but loves ferrets for some reason. Her father is Dyle Timesly, almost similar in appearance and personality.

Her twisted form is similar to how she'd normally look, only difference is that her eyes are red, her face is a deep red, meaning she's angry. Half of her face is cracked and broken off, dripping ichor (basically blood). She has sharper teeth fixed into a wide, maniacal grin. The lower half of her pants are covered with splatters of ichor, and her chain is wrapped tightly around her neck, as if restraining her. She has sharp black claws and a long, feline tail (ironically). She's much more faster and 'unstable'.
