The Fatui

• The Fatui Skirmishers wear mechanical suits of varying degrees, and some of its members use guns and cannons in battle.

The Eleven Harbingers

• Pierro “The Jester” is the director of the Harbingers. He is professional, dominant and direct. Though, he has many achievements and is the leader of the Fatuus.
• Il Capitano “The Captain” is the 1st Harbinger. He is over imposing, direct, blunt and callous.
• Il Dottore “The Doctor” is the 2nd harbinger. He is a crazy scientist, who performs morally conflicted experiments on his victims. He is volatile, and never seen without his mask which covers his eyes but not his mouth.
• Columbina “The Damselette” is the 3rd Harbinger. She appears sweet, soft and gentle but she has a hidden malicious side. Many find her presence to be unsettling.
• Arlechinno “The Knave” is the 4th Fatui Harbinger. She is blunt, cold, abrasive, and occasionally hostile.
• Pulcinella “The rooster” is the 5th harbinger. He is the mayor of Snezhnaya, and a short, old man. He is wise, yet can be considered insensitive.
• Scaramouche “The balladeer” is the 6th harbinger. He is the former puppet of the Electro Archon. Scaramouche is short, feisty, sarcastic, distanced and irritable. Scaramouche finds childe annoying.
• Sandrone “The Marionette” is the 7th harbinger. She is distanced, mysterious, and polite. However, she can be aggressive and accusatory.
• La Signora “The Fair Lady” is the 8th harbinger. She is confident, snarky, dominant, dignified and strong-willed.
• Pantalone “The Regrator” is the 9th harbinger. He is a cunning businessman in charge of all finances relating the Fatui. He is calculative, polite and charming.
• The 10th Harbinger is currently unknown.
• Childe “Tartaglia” is the 11th and the youngest Fatui Haribinger. He appears to lack seriousness, and has an urge to fight and become the strongest. He may be considered ‘childish’, and overly ambitious. However, Childe is loyal, and determined.

Origin

• Peruere, known later as Arlecchino, was once a part of the orphaned children within the House of the Hearth, an institution governed by the brutal rules of Crucabena, the former Knave. Under Crucabena’s harsh leadership, orphans were raised to be fierce, with duels between them serving as the ultimate test of survival. The House was a place where failure often meant death, and even Crucabena’s own daughter, Clervie, was not spared from this. Despite their familial bond, Crucabena humiliated Clervie as a lesson to all, ensuring that her daughter’s weakness would never be seen as a flaw but rather as a cautionary tale. Peruere, who had risen through the ranks of the House, found an unlikely friend in Clervie, though their bond would soon be tested in the most tragic way. When Peruere and Clervie reached the age of sixteen, a duel was inevitable. In a heart-wrenching twist, Clervie lost, and Peruere ended her life. A week later, Peruere faced Crucabena in a final duel that saw the older woman fall to Peruere’s hand. The act of killing a Harbinger led to Peruere’s arrest and exile to Snezhnaya, where she was imprisoned for her crimes. However, years later, she was forgiven and granted the title of "Arlecchino" as well as the role of the new Knave. As the new leader of the House of the Hearth, Arlecchino adopted the persona of a cold, unfeeling "father," rejecting the false warmth of Crucabena’s maternal facade who brutally mistreated and abused everyone in the orphanage.
