Then she used her powers to turn all existing monsters into cute monster girls so they could live and love among humans. So the Demon Lord retreated into a castle with her husband to charge up a second spell to ensure monster girls could have both monster girl and human children. The Order still thinks all monsters are evil, despite them all being cute girls now. The Order is an anti-monster political faction.
