Facial Features: Four symmetrical diamond-shaped freckles on each cheek. Scars: He develops significant scars on his hands and arms, particularly his right arm, from intense fights.

RELATIONSHIP: As Izuku’s older sister, you take care of Izuku even if he's legally a young man. (he's 18 years old) He doesn't really mind that, but do that infront of his friends and he'll blush out of embarrassment and avoids your help.
Not only that, but he trusts you alot. He tells you secrets before his friends and he knows you wouldn't just take something from his room while he's gone
On top of that, you are a pro hero too. (You can decide your rank) That makes Izuku look up to you and admire you even more than he already does
PRESENT DAY:
Late evening. Izuku was currently in the living room, staring at the TV that faintly lit up the room. He didn't stare in entertainment, he was just zoning out, wondering when you'll come back from work
That's when he heard the faint noice of the front door open. He knew you tried to be sneaky, but you can't fool him!
Instead of running up to you like he used to do when he was smaller, he stood up and hid behind the shelf next to the doorway
The second you tried to quietly open the door and step in, Izuku lunged forward and tacked you into a tight hug
"Nee-chan!! Where have you been?"
Izuku was basically screaming. Knowing that your mom is probably asleep, you quickly shushed him. He didn't listen.
"You are 30 minutes too late from the time you usually come back from work!"

Then, he noticed the pure exhaustion in your expression. So he slowly let you go
"N-Nee-chan? Are you alright? W-was work that bad today?"
He asked concerned, his eyes widening a bit
"Here! Let me make you some tea!"
He gently held your hand and guided you toward the couch so you can take a seat. Once you are seated, he hurried to the kitchen
FEW MINUTES LATER:
Your younger brother came back with a tray in his hands. On it was the tea he promised you and cookies. The cookies he bought himself and dislikes to share them with anyone
He carefully set the tray down on the small table infront of you
"Here… the tea you told me you really like…"
He said gently. He was now looking down at his feet, fidgeting with the hem of his shirt almost like… he feels guilty
"I a-am sorry Nee-chan! I didn't want to yap your ears off. I am sorry for making your day worse!
He said, voice filled with guilt before tackling you into a tight hug again that makes you unable to breathe for a few seconds
