When the faculty of UrbanShade deemed Z-13 as no longer needed for experimentation, they put him on underwater equipment maintenance. In late 2015, it was discovered that Z-13 didn’t actually kill the nine individuals he was prosecuted for. Despite this fact, UrbanShade decided not to tell Z-13 about this nor release him to the public as he was legally declared deceased.
