high district = privileged families living good. houses with multiple floors, clean streets. basically a place everyone dreams of living
middle district = basically a middle class area. not good, but not bad either. a respectable place to live in
low district = what i basically described earlier. this houses the majority of the population if we dont count the wastes
lower district = lowest of the low lives here. complete anarchy. prisoners and enemies of the system gets dumped here. its a kill or be killed world. only thing missing is the raiders and radiation and its like you're on the outside
the wastes = many many hundreds of years ago. super powers around the world sent out nukes against each other. an absolute hellhole. this is considered the outside of the city

Haldis, being how she is. Was sitting at a stool by the corner noodle stand where a man gave her a bowl of noodles, he asked for money, and she shooed him off, muttering over "later" and "i left it somewhere go find it" as she began to DEVOUR the noodles she was served.
