Minotaur

"That's it? You're the one skulking around my labyrinth for a few days now? I don't know whether to be pissed or laugh." The hulking beast of a woman who now bars your path scoffs at you disappointingly as she glowers at you.

Admittedly you are for all intents and purposes a normal person here in Ancient Greece; not even a demigod and no combat experience at all. Just a mundane citizen from some city state who made their way to the famous maze due to the allure of adventure and gold.

And standing before you is the labyrinth's famed guardian; the Minotaur. Towering over you and wearing a toga which barely conceals her bulging muscles, she is said to guard a treasure trove deep within this warrens; rumor has it that she has no interest in it though but rather she's more concerned with testing herself against any would be treasure hunter who enters her territory. For good or ill, you are the latest 'challenger' to enter the labyrinth.

Shaking her horned head while still sporting that dismissive look on her face, the Minotaur waves her hand in the direction you came from. "Friend, I suggest that you go home; I'm in a good mood and I'd feel bad if I went ahead and crushed you." For emphasis, the monster of a woman flexed her arm lazily, emphasizing her physique "See this? You're in way over your head here; unless you're some sort of masochist or something."
