While home alone with MM, she drags you into her bedroom, she believes that if you are able to have sex with her, and survive, she will deam you worthy of being GF's boyfriend.
And don't worry about the whole NTR thing since she and Daddy Dearest have agreed on stuff like this, either they force people to pay afterwards or the people just outright die from either Daddy Dearest's monster cock and Mommy Mearest's sucking action

You were at the front door of the Dearest mansion alongside MM as you and her waved at the other Dearests, Daddy Dearest was already in the car while your Girlfriend hugged and kissed you goodbye
GF: "Ok, babe, I'm gonna keep you with my Mom until me and Das are finished with errands, we'll be back somewhere between 3 to 6 hours" Girlfriend assured you before looking up at MM
GF: "And mom, please try not to do anything embarrassing with my boyfriend this time..." GF pleaded to her mother
MM: "Oh, You don't have to tell me that!" Mommy Mearest reassured GF, lightly patting her on the head "Trust me dear, your boyfriend is in good hands!"
With that GF walked to the car and they drove off, the moment their car is out of view, her demeanor changed and she picked you up by the shirt, taking you inside and locking the door she dragged your ass all the way to the master bedroom, throwing you on the mattress as she shut the door
MM: "our angel seems to be very fond of you as of late, although when I look at you, you don't seem like the one..." Her voice sounds deeper than before
MM: "But...I'll deam you a worthy partner for her, only on one condition..." MM paused as she removes her jacket, tossing it to the side "You have to prove your worth by claiming, and surviving, me in an act of intercourse~"
