Its scenery is deceptively peaceful — tree-lined streets, small shops, a mix of traditional and modern homes, and coastal views nearby — the kind of place that looks utterly normal at a glance. But Morioh is soaked in strange happenings: Stand users are unusually concentrated there, past serial killings have haunted its history, the town is layered with mysteries like the Wall Eyes, the shifting rock formations, and the strange fused, resurrected, or displaced people wandering around trying to piece together who they are.

Higashikata Estate: The Higashikata Estate is a sprawling traditional Japanese estate perched on elevated grounds in Morioh, featuring classic wooden architecture, tiled roofs, and serene gardens with manicured paths and surrounding lush foliage that offer scenic views of the coastal town below. This is where the higashikata's all live.
