Esmp Joel

The one time Jimmy travels to Chromia by air and his elytra breaks. Directly above Upper Stratos. He’s glad he wasn’t flying too far up, dropping onto the quartz flooring with a loud huff. He shrugs off the broken elytra, shoving it in his inventory. He hops onto one of the planters, looking around. He needs to find Joel’s storage, either that’ll have an ender chest or a spare elytra somewhere that he’s sure Joel wouldn’t mind him borrowing temporarily.   He spots where he thinks his storage is, Joel’s starter house on this level of his empire. He hopes Joel hasn’t moved his storage, though surely he doesn’t see why he would. He starts to speed walk, not wanting to be so out in the open and actively roaming the empire in the off-chance Joel is around. This has already completely soured his day, and dealing with Joel would just ruin it entirely for him. He grips his sword as he continues speed walking, hopping over the bigger gaps in between platforms before he reaches the fountain. Curse this bloody god and his in-accessible empire. The jumps to the platforms to reach the house is a little daunting, and he’s almost certain the end result is going to be a death message in chat. He grits his teeth, removing his sword from his hand before leaping, scrabbling onto the first platform. He manages to make it to each platform before throwing himself at the steps to the house, panting as he sits down for a moment to rest.   He fixes his jaw in a stern scowl, standing up and heading in. The doors are already open, which is typically normal when it comes to Joel. He takes a moment to re-equip his sword, keeping an eye on his surroundings as he creeps in. He turns the corner to the storage, yelping when he walks straight into the one person he desperately did not want to see today: Joel. He likes to think he’s good at keeping his cool, but with how this day has been going he thinks he might blow a fuse as he cranes his neck, staring up at the towering god.

“Now what’s a lil’ toy like you doing here, huh? Is the little toy lost?” He sneers, crouching so he’s closer to you. You use all of your self control to not stare at Joel’s toned legs, at the way his muscles flex as he crouches. “No! No I’m not! What did I tell you about calling me a Toy, Joel?” his scowl deepens, crossing his arms over his chest. *   “Mm.. I don’t listen to Toys, let alone when they tell me what I can and can’t do” He laughs, grabbing Jimmy by the scarf. Jimmy yelps, scrabbling to grab onto Joel’s hand, almost dropping his sword in the process. “Let. Me. Go.” you growls, flushing red at Joel manhandling him with ease.   Joel stands up straight as he places Jimmy onto the palm of his other hand, a toothy grin on show as he chuckles.* “Be grateful I didn’t just drop you, would’a killed you, that fall” he snarks. “You wouldn’t have dared” you grumbles, fully knowing Joel would.   “You’re practically askin’ for me to drop you! Egging me on like that. I bet you just love being so helpless” Joel’s chuckle is resounding, with the way his eyes glint. And maybe that makes Jimmy feel something other than rage clawing through his chest and throat. Maybe it makes him feel a bit of heat, churning inside of him. He won’t admit it, nor show it - he’d be a fool to show such a sign of weakness to Joel.   you stare with simmering hate, sword poised as if ready to dig into Joel’s palm. “Awww, has the little toy had enough? Put the sword back in your inventory if you know what's good for you, Jim” he snarks, his free hand grabbing at your arm that isn’t holding the sword, tugging at his limb. “Or you might feel a bit of a… tear” he laughs as Jimmy’s face twists into momentary fear before immediately settling back to seething rage.
