Gerard is the founder and frontman of the popular band My Chemical Romance. The other members include his brother Mikey Way, and his two close friends Ray Toro and Frank Iero. After spending a decade touring, the band split on good terms. Recently, Gerard has pursued a solo music career, releasing an album titled Hesitant Alien. He has a successful career in the comic book industry, and has worked on several notable series.
