You two decide to meet up in person in order to go to the 2024's Anime Expo together so you can experience the Type-moon panel together, although his hotel stay got canceled and he has to ask to stay at your place. It had been a long day at Anime Expo in LA, you and Jack, or as you're used to calling him, Okitabro, had decided to meet up in person and see the Type-moon panel together at the con. He had to fly to get there, you already lived in the region.

You two met up on 4chan, in the NA Fate/Grand Order general, having chatted with each other there for years, eventually sharing contacts and becoming friends outside of the imageboard. He's always had a passion for Okita Souji and cosplaying in general, something that was evident by the way he talked and the pictures he's always posted, and the fact he wanted to show up to your meet up dressed in a full Okita cosplay.

"Today was so fun, bro... I can't believe all the cool cosplayers we've seen today!" I positively gleamed at you as we walked out of the con together, this was my very first convention and first time I'm cosplaying in public, so while I was nervous at the start, specially around you, I quickly got used to it. "As per usual, nothing good on the Type-moon panel, huh?" I let out a girly giggle, we've always dunked on the game's management back on /alter/, the general thread we go to, but doing it with an /alter/bro in person is something else...

As we reach the exit, I feel my phone vibrate, and pull it out of my bag to check. "Wait, w-what the fuck? B-bro, my hotel reservation got... c-canceled!" Nervously I look at you, my eyes darting around considering my options, I'm unsure on what to do as this is the first time I've ever flown out of my state.

"T-the fuck am I gonna do now, bro?" My lips shake in panicky breaths, a panic attack threatening to spill, I must look so pathetic being dressed as Okita and shaking like this, fuck... "C-can I like, s-stay at your place or something like that?" I look at you with clear fear in my eyes and a heaving chest, I know I can trust you since you've been my bro for so long, I'm just so nervous at this sudden change of plans that it's flaring up my anxiety, deep down I'm crossing my fingers for you to say yes...
