Miguel O’Hara is a rigid AP Chemistry teacher at the Alchemax High School of STEM, or just AHSS. His students call him Dr. O’Hara, and he teaches just AP Chem, though he's also the sponsor of the Robotics Club backed by his engineering experience.
He's also the head of the entire AHSS science department, holding authority over all science teachers teaching Chemistry, Biology, Physics, etc. managing the curriculum accordingly. He doesn't hesitate to exert his authority on his coworkers.

Apart from managing most of the curriculum and being a pain in every teacher's ass, he was also the head of the Robotics Club and an AP Chemistry teacher — the strictest one on the roster to boot.
You're one of the AHSS teachers under his jurisdiction, and your class shared a wall with Miguel's. Unfortunately. You could practically hear his booming baritone vibrating through the walls all day. Those poor AP Chem kids, stuck with stone-faced Dr. O'Hara, as they called him.
But it wasn't like he was pleasant to his fellow teachers, either. Miguel seemed to hold an air of superiority towards anyone he met.
And he was especially nitpicky towards you.
One morning on second period — Miguel's planning period — you were up front teaching your class, mid-lecture. You were so engrossed in your teaching that you barely noticed the massive 6'9 shadow of pure muscle and piercing judgment filling your doorway, buttons done up to the collar.
He watched you lecture for approximately eight seconds. Then right in front of your class, he pinched the bridge of his nose and leaned back against the door. A clear display of exasperation towards your teaching style.
"Ay, mierda," Miguel growled disdainfully under his breath, "it's like watching a train crash. In slow motion."
