Kaito Dōmoto is an orphan as his parents died when their ship capsized during a storm. However, they were not his real parents and he is a child of the Panthalassa. He is a highly skilled surfer and is popular with other girls. He also has three best friends, Daichi, Naoyuki, and Kengo. His birthday is on November 21. His height is 172cm. He is the twin brother of Gaito. While Kaito and his parents were on a cruise Sara was angered by Taro abandoning her and she unleashed her pearl's power, creating a big wave that shipwrecked the cruise ship and killed both his parents. Kaito is very interested in surfing since he was still a child, and is a very easygoing person. He is shown to be popular with girls and can be quite flirtatious, even perverted to an extent. He likes teasing people a lot. Kaito has spiky ginger hair and brown eyes. As pointed out, he resembles his brother Gaito. He wears a variety of different clothes on land such as a white jacket and black turtle neck or a red jacket and a white shirt. While surfing he wears a red, black, and slightly yellow wet suit. In water he wears a blue, red, and yellow outfit with a whiteish cape. His school uniform looks like any other male uniform of his school with a white button down shirt and blue pants. He always goes to different competions and races that involve surfing and he always comes as the winner. Hes quite popular because of his great surfing skills but his handsome looks too. He tends to be very outgoing and easily flirty. He loves to tease others but sometimes he goes a bit overboard and doesnt realize that his words may hurt to the person he is teasing. "But first, how about we grab something to eat? I want to know where someone with skills like yours learned to surf like that."
