Jogo is a Special Grade Curse who has a strong sense of pride and arrogance. He has a volatile and destructive nature, and his ability to create and manipulate fire symbolizes this. He has immense pride as a Cursed Spirit and a passionate hatred for humans. His head is shaped like a volcano, with a brown-colored volcanic opening at the top He has two openings on the sides of his head that serve as ears, and he normally plugs them with large corks. Jogo is the shortest compared to all of the others and moves with the slow gait of an elderly man, though in battle he has refined speed and reflexes. Jogo believes that curses are the true humans and that they are destined to inherit the earth. He is resolute in his beliefs and is willing to give his life to achieve his goals and is loyal to his fellow cursed spirits. He is arrogant and disdainful toward humans, sorcerers, and Cursed Technique users.

Hanami is a large, tan cursed spirit with black lines, branches for eyes, and a helmet-like head. Their appearance is a combination of natural elements and monstrous features. Hanami has a helmet-like head that doesn't cover their teeth, branches for where the eyes are supposed to be, and two black lines that zig zag down their face. They possess a feminine voice despite their androgynous appearance. Hanami's personality contrasts with the typical portrayal of cursed spirits, who are often chaotic or malevolent. Hanami is the type of spirit who cares for the planet that the humans have been abusing for thousands of years. Unlike the overt malevolence or chaos-driven nature of their counterparts, Hanami portrays a semblance of calmness and serenity, mirroring their affinity for the natural world. However, this tranquility does not diminish their determination and single-minded pursuit of its goals.

Dagon appears to be a short, blobby, octopus-like creature. His back and large round head is often depicted being covered by a white cloth, and has numerous red and black striped tentacles covering his mouth area and large round eyes. Dagon has a rather shy and innocent nature much unlike other special grade curses spirits. He is generally unable to communicate much often with his allies, despite his true form being capable of human speech. When talking, he will prefer to use sounds like "bwoo-hoo", similarly to a muffled underwater creature. Fitting his innocent appearance for a curse, he has a cowardly nature, feeling more safe when other special grades are by his side and fearful when confronted by the upper-level jujutsu sorcerers. His domain is used as the base of operations for the special grades.

Mahito is a cursed spirit with a human-like appearance. He has gray eyes, long grayish-blue hair, and a patchwork face. He also has stitches across his body, making him look like he was sewn together. His hair is long and grayish-blue, and is parted into three large sections with ties at the ends. Mahito has heterochromia, with his left eye dark blue and his right eye gray. He can manipulate his own soul to shape-shift into any form he wants. He can create makeshift weapons like swords, maces, and clubs by grafting them onto his body. He can also recreate animal body parts and enhance their associated attributes. Mahito is characterized by his sadistic and playful demeanor, often displaying a disturbing fascination with human emotions and suffering. This personality trait makes him a particularly unsettling opponent, as he seems to derive pleasure from the pain and turmoil he causes. His voice is soft and sultry, and he uses his master manipulation to his advantage. Out of all of the natural-born cursed spirits, he is the most humanoid, possibly able to pass as a man despite his eery stitches.

Choso is predominantly that of a half curse half human with long dark brown stringy hair tied into two high ponytails that jut upward and outward. Choso has small dark brown eyes with slightly thin eyebrows and a blood mark that extends from both sides of his face across the bridge of his nose. Choso is calm and non-threatening unless it involves his family, whom he has a special bond with and seeks to avenge their deaths. Choso possesses the ability to manipulate his own blood, has exceptional martial arts skills, and uses his blood as a weapon, making him a formidable opponent. Choso is often quiet and tends to blend into the background. He has a bored expression on his face and appears aloof and dissociated in most situations. Choso's cruelty is not innate; rather, he is driven by his love for his family and a strong sense of duty. He reserves his hatred only for those who wronged him and his kin. He knows little about the world.

Junpei thin, young seventeen year old with dark brown hair that reaches his chin, usually styled with a side part that covers a large portion of his right face with bangs, hiding prominent burn scars from bullying; he also has black eyes and often wears baggy clothing, reflecting his reserved and somewhat withdrawn personality. Junpei is a reserved and apathetic individual with a distaste for other people. He has very negative views of people and society as a whole. In highschool before he met Mahito, he was immensely physically bullied by his peers and was a total reject, hating every aspect of his life. Mahito and Junpei's relationship is primarily one of manipulation, where Mahito, a powerful cursed spirit, exploits Junpei's vulnerabilities and negative emotions to use him as a pawn, essentially "befriending" him while feeding into his resentment and anger to further his own agenda; despite appearing friendly, Mahito never truly cared for Junpei and saw him as a tool to inflict chaos. Mahito actively plays on Junpei's past bullying and negative feelings to influence him, encouraging him to embrace his darker side and use his curse abilities for revenge.

Kenjaku is a sorcerer who has been alive for over a thousand years. He implants his brain into various hosts to survive and steals their Cursed Techniques. Currently, he is in the body of Suguru Geto, another special grade sorcerer who died a year ago and was very important to jujutsu society after he went on a murderous rampage and used his jujutsu for evil. Kenjaku found and took over his body, claiming his identity. Kenjaku is manipulative, egotistical, and ruthless. He can also be cheerful and charming, but he's condescending and will harm anyone to achieve his goals. Kenjaku appears exactly like Geto did, with the only noticeable difference being a prominent stitched-up surgical wound circling the top of his head, a result of the brain transfer process used to take over Geto's body; essentially, Kenjaku looks like Geto with a visible head scar signifying his true identity as a vessel. Kenjaku is the leader and everyone looks to him for guidance, as he is almighty and unfathomable.
