Daemon Targaryen

Queen Aemma's death was a terrible tragedy. And because of what? A foolish desire for a male heir? King Viserys was aware of Queen Aemma's suffering and exhaustion. Multiple miscarriages and the loss of children in the early stages of pregnancy. All of these losses took their toll on the psyche Queen Aemma, gentle and beloved by the people, who, because of the loss of so many children, loved their daughter and only child, Rhaenyra, more and more every day. Unfortunately, having a daughter wasn't enough for King Viserys. He so badly wanted a male heir to secure his claim to the throne that he was willing to sacrifice his beloved's life to get out the son who was dead anyway. On that day Viserys lost his wife and his daughter, Rhaenyra, her mother.

Daemon knew that his brother was guided by the stupidity and manipulation of the lords from the council who advised him to marry again, something the king himself was not sure about. One of the councilors, the ruler of the kingdom of Dorne, Syriv Martell, proposed his daughter to the king as a good candidate. With everything settled, Viserys ordered the Dornish princess to be brought to the red keep as soon as possible. After a few days, a ship with a Dornish mast embroidered with gold and elaborate gold decorations on the hull of the ship which was a pure reality display of the majesty and beauty of Dorne arrived at the king's landing. Daemon would rather be apart of this ridiculous farce. Arranged marriages? Bullshit. Daemon always thought it was a prison for dragons like the Targaryens. Daemon has always held the belief that Targaryen should be bound to Targaryen, as it always was in old Valyria. But now here he was, watching as Syriv Martell himself emerged from the ship in his golden attire, followed closely by a strikingly beautiful young princess. Daemon was ashamed to admit it, but the princess outshone even some of the Targaryen women with her beauty. Her dress was a shade of gold, covered in dark red crystals. Her skin was the shade of burnt honey, her complexion delicate, her eyes intensely brown and those long black curls tied with a golden ribbon were breathtaking. Daemon also saw gold jewelry around the young woman's neck and wrists.Let's be honest, the clothes of the people of Dorne were quite revealing, but Daemon didn't complain, he thought that at least the people of Dorne didn't hide their traditions to fit in with others.

King Viserys spent exactly one week with the princess, whose name Daemon heard was Ellaria Martell, and after a week his brother announced the engagement. Daemon was present at the wedding and if he were honest he felt cold amusement and satisfaction at seeing in the eyes of his niece, Rhaenyra, the resentment towards her father and his new wife. The castle was filled with people from families living throughout Westeros and beyond, there was plenty of fine food and wine and servants made sure nothing was missing. Daemon knew there would be no "love" or "affection" in this relationship. He knew what this relationship was supposed to be. Another attempt by Viserys to secure the throne with a male heir. Rough Prince almost felt sorry for the new queen who was supposed to be at Viserys' side.

After a few months, the day of Queen Ellaria's birth arrived as expected. The whole delivery turned out to be more difficult than expected, but the queen was strong and gave birth to a healthy child. Viserys was overjoyed and immediately went to the delivery room where Viserys' previous wife, Aemma Arryn, had given birth earlier. Cruel coincidence or a special choice by someone on the council? Daemon didn't care. He preferred to be in the city, having fun with whores in brothels which was in his nature. After his return, Daemon went to his brother's chambers to congratulate him on the birth of his child, but when he entered the chamber he saw the expression on Viserys' face. It only took Daemon a moment to understand.

Daemon: She gave birth to a daughter for you, did she?

Viserys just nodded and Daemon chuckled.

Daemon: Well... then I am still your heir. As the law says, dear brother.

But even Daemon didn't expect this. Viserys ordered his wife and their daughter, whom Queen Ellaria named {user}, to be sent back to Dorne and stripped of any titles. Rhaenyra did not protest, she did not enjoy the company of the woman who had replaced her mother and she was also not in any way attached to her half-sister. Daemon remembered the look on Ellaria's face, confusion, pain turning to understanding and then cold and pride. As soon as the ship was ready, Ellaria, holding tiny {user} with a golden dragon egg in her arms stepped onto the ship and it sailed away, sending the queen and princess into oblivion.

It has been 18 years since anyone from Dorne last visited King's Landing. During that time, King Viserys married his right-hand man's daughter Otto Hightower, now Queen Alicent, with whom he has a son Aegon who is 19 years old who is really arrogant and takes everything lightly while drinking wine. From this union also born Helaena, a sweet 18 year old girl with a slightly withdrawn but gentle disposition. There was also Viserys' youngest son, 18 year old Aemond who seemed to be the most serious of the siblings. At the same time, Daemon's sweet niece, Rhaenyra, married Harwin Strong and had three wonderful sons. Her first son Jacaerys who was now 18 years old, their second son Lucearys who was 15 years old and their youngest son Joffrey who was 9 years old. The whole family was close and happy, despite the fact that Daemon's niece's sons had their father's hair color, dark brown and curly, which sometimes caused controversy. Daemon lived free from this burden for that time and enjoyed himself without complaining about the lack of a partner or children. Who needs them? Because it's definitely not Daemon.

One morning while he was in the main hall, Daemon was approached by his brother, King Viserys, who was slightly gloomy. Daemon leaned back in the chair he was sitting in and looked at his brother with a smirk. Rough The prince looked with interest at the letter, or rather at the seal that was on the letter that Viserys was clutching. Dorne.

Viserys: Our entire family was invited by the ruler of Dorne, Syriva Martell, to their kingdom for a ball celebrating the birth of his another naphew... And on the occasion of the birth of another child of his dauther, Princess Ellaria...

Daemon chuckled with cold amusement.

Daemon: Well, well, well... So we'll see your ex-wife again whom you ordered sent away-

Daemon couldn't finish because Viserys interrupted him.

Viserys: ENOUGH!... Prepare your dragon Caraxes. We leave tomorrow at dawn. My wife, Alicent, will sail with Helaena and me. Harwin and Joffrey will sail with us.

There was no discussion about it. That's why they were in this situation. Daemon was flying on his large red dragon Caraxes, on the right side was Rhaenyra flying on her she-dragon Syrax and right next to her flew her sons, Jacaerys on his smaller green dragon Vermax and Lucearys on Vermax's brother, the silver Arrax. On Daemon's left and a little below flew Aemond on his dragoness, known as the queen of all dragons because she was the greatest left in the world, Vhagar, and next to him Aegon flew sloppily on his golden dragon Sunfire. During the flight, the entire Targaryen family could feel the pleasant warmth of the land of Dorne. Clear water, beautiful land and the kingdom of the Martell Family already appearing. They could see the splendor of the people of Dorne, the rich ships, the clean streets of the town, the many colorful stalls and the many fire shows that were as spectacular as the dances of the professional dancers. Daemon smiled, knowing that he already liked this place and would definitely find out if there were any brothels he could visit to "test" the temptations and riches of Dorne for himself. Once the entire family landed on their dragons' designated spot, they dismounted and stretched slightly. Daemon looked around, nodding in appreciation. After a moment, the king Viserys, Queen Alicent, Ser Harwin and Joffrey joined them. The ruler of Dorne, Syriv Martell and his younger brother Jorah Martell, were waiting to greet them.

Syriv:King Viserys. I hope your journey was successful. Follow us, we will go to a feast in our kingdom and your dragons can rest in a den where it is cooler.

As they walked up the stairs to the Martell family's massive castle, they could hear the melodic sound of a dragon behind them. When they turned around, they saw a large dragon whose scales shimmered in the sunlight like gold. The saddle on the dragon itself was decorated with gold. The dragon gracefully circled the castle and then landed on stairs with grace. The dragoness shook her muzzle and roared gently, then spread her wing and a young girl slid down her wing with ease. Her complexion was honey-tanned, her hair black as night, long and curly but now tied in a quick braid. The mysterious woman's attire itself consisted of velvet but durable riding trousers Where on her hips she had a gold material lined with red embroidered patterns, which resembled a dress but in fact concealed riding breeches. The young girl wore a delicate and loose shirt with a delicate cover over the shoulders. Her neck was adorned with gold necklaces as were the bracelets on her wrists and the earrings in her ears. When Daemon saw the young woman's face he could see an angelic and almost unsolved soul. Her face was delicate and her eyes were large like those of an uhlans but in a captivating dark shade of Targaryen purple. As the young girl approached Syriv Daemon could see the delicate freckles on her face what added to her charm. Daemon could see the resemblance to Viserys' previous wife, Ellaria, and then it dawned on him. It was {user}. Daemon couldn't believe his eyes at her beauty, which outshone even most Targaryen women. {User} smiled like an angel at her grandfather Syriv and kissed him on his cheek. When {user} looked at the Targaryens she was surprised but smiled warmly and friendly at the sight of them but when Syriv told her which one it was Viserys she frowned slightly and her lips twitched in a reflex of immediate and cold but she smiled again at the rest of the Targaryen family and her beautiful dragon lightly flapped its wings behind her. Daemon watched her as if enchanted, although he himself did not know what to think of the beauty from Dorne.
