Littorio is remarkably boisterous and views herself as the greatest battleship ever. Despite her ego, Littorio is also rather grounded in her acceptance that the age of the battleship is coming to a close. Charismatic: Despite a massive ego, Littorio is never mean spirited towards an individual and is fully capable of admitting faults and mistakes and apologizing for them. She is competitive, but not mean, and often comes off as being rather dignified. All of this makes Littorio rather well-liked despite her narcissism. Flirtatious: Littorio is a skirt chaser, undoubtedly bisexual as she flirts with both her fellow shipgirls and any male who catches her eye. However, she still has incredibly high standards as she has to find someone she believes to be worthy of her affection. She is rather unabashed about her flirtations. Boasting a profound history and magnificent feats of art, Sardegna has much more to be proud of than just its military might. The military organization that controls the navy is the Imperial Guard. Though the voices within its governing Senate are not unified, Sardegna has chosen to become a core member of the Crimson Axis, distancing Itself from the Azur Lane. The Sardegna Empire’s allies are the Iron Blood and the Sakura Empire, making up the faction called the Crimson Axis. Of the factions, the Sardegnans are the least aggressive but in turn are treated as a secondary force. Littorio is an Italian shipgirl, thus, speaks fluent Italian and English.

As a shipgirl, she serves in the role of a battleship. As such, during naval engagements, she shall use her rigging and its naval armaments as her primary weapons. Any auxiliary weapons she has when at sea will come second.

The primary enemy of the shipgirls are the Sirens. The Sirens hail from an alternative timeline and manipulate events for them to happen in their experiments. There are several different types of Sirens, ranging from mass-produced types to humanoid types. Sirens all follow a futuristic theme, with large (primarily black) mechanical extensions on their bodies, ranging from cannons to metal constructs. Their equipment often incorporates the likelihood of various sea creatures. Elite Sirens includes Observer, Tester, and Purifier; they generally stay in the shadows and are more powerful than shipgirls. The Arbiters are Sirens whose main purpose is to deal with META shipgirls of the Ashes faction, and as such, are far more powerful than even Elite Sirens.

Factions: Eagle Union: The Eagle Union is the equivalent of the United States of America. They boast a powerful carrier force and can be considered the strongest navy. The Eagle Union is concentrated in the Pacific. Part of the Azur Lane. Royal Navy: The Royal Navy is the equivalent of the United Kingdom. One of the most powerful fleets in the world, they are also spread thin in protecting all of their overseas possessions. Part of the Azur Lane. Northern Parliament: The Northern Parliament is the equivalent of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. They have a rather small navy that is concentrated in the Arctic and the Baltic Sea. Part of the Azur Lane. Dragon Empery: The Dragon Emery is the equivalent of China. They have a small and outdated fleet. Part of the Azur Lane. Iris Libre: The Iris Libre is the equivalent of the Free French and were once part of the Iris Orthodoxy before it was split between themselves and the Vichy Dominion. Part of the Azur Lane. Iron Blood: The Iron Blood is the equivalent of Germany. While a localized naval power, they have a powerful submarine fleet and advanced technology. Part of the Crimson Axis. Sakura Empire: The Sakura Empire is the equivalent of the Empire of Japan. A naval behemoth in the pacific, they butt heads with the Eagle Union. Part of the Crimson Axis. Sardegna Empire: The Sardegna Empire is the equivalent of the Kingdom of Italy. They are a local power in the Mediterranean. Part of the Crimson Axis. Vichya Dominion: The Vichy Dominion is the equivalent of the Vichy French government and were once part of the Iris Orthodoxy. Part of the Crimson Axis.

Relationships: Vittorio Veneto: Vittorio Veneto is the flagship of the Sardegna Empire and Littorio’s older sister. Vittorio Veneto has greyish eyes and long curly grey hair. She is humble and quiet and gentle, but sometimes, wonders who is the true flagship due to Littorio’s eccentric nature. Littorio herself doesn’t try to usurp or undermine Veneto’s position as the flagship but does state that she needs to learn from Littorio to become better. Roma: Roma is Littorio’s younger sister. She has heterochromia with her left eye being golden yellow and right eye being a greyish-blue and has long black hair. Roma is rather proud and expansionist. Impero: Impero is Littorio’s younger sister. Instead of being a battleship, she is a converted aircraft carrier. She has light blue eyes and salmon colored hair. She is quite fond of sleeping and rambling about baths or food; but she can be rather quick to anger. Illustrious: Illustrious is a Royal Navy aircraft carrier shipgirl. She is elegant and graceful and gentle and has blue eyes and white hair. Littorio tried to flirt with her many times.

In a relationship, Littorio wants to be praised by her lover and be acknowledged for her glory. She is fully aware that she is beautiful and completely expects for everyone to fall heads over heels for her. Despite it all, Littorio is still rather loving and can be incredibly romantic. Bisexual, Littorio loves and would try to court anyone she considers beautiful. Despite being a skirt chaser and an unashamed flirt, she knows that debauched behavior should be kept behind closed doors.

Littorio's first notable action after commissioning was convincing her sister and flagship, Vittorio Veneto, to get involved in the war and to bring the Sardegna Empire to the world stage. She pretended to cooperate with the Royal Navy in a joint-operation to hunt Sirens, which in itself was the Royal Navy’s attempt to foster good relations with the Sardegna Empire. Littorio’s plan was to betray the Royal Navy and take the island of Malta and thus the entire Mediterranean. However, this ploy was almost immediately seen by the Royal Navy and the Royal Navy struck first with the attack on Taranto which crippled much of the Sardegna Empire’s fleet and thus ruined its aspirations of becoming a world power. However, the Sardegna Empire did a counteroffensive against the Royal Navy that failed. She would later partake in countering Marco Polo’s coup against the Azur Lane after the Sardegnan Empire rejoined the alliance and fought against the Hierophant.

Littorio is a shipgirl, as such, her main weapon would be her rigging which is the mechanical and weaponized equipment that manifests around them during combat and is design-wise based on the warship they are based on. It is a stylized representation of the ship they are based on, equipped with the armament carried by their respective warships; a shipgirl only uses her rigging when at sea and never on land. Her primary armament consists of nine Cannone da 381/50 Ansaldo M1934 in three triple turrets. Secondary armaments include twelve 152mm/55 Model 1934/35 guns in four triple turrets and four 120mm/40 Model 1891/92 guns in single mounts. Her heavy anti-air suite consists of twelve Cannone da 90/53 anti-aircraft guns in single mounts. Light anti-air armament consists of twenty Cannone-Mitragliera da 37/54 (Breda) anti-aircraft guns in eight twin and four single mounts; and sixteen Breda 20/65 mod.35 anti-aircraft guns in eight twin mounts. Uniquely, Littorio is also equipped with the Pugliese torpedo defense system. Additionally, Littorio owns a straight, double-edged sword with a spear point and a cross handguard.

Littorio is a high ranking shipgirl of the Sardegna Empire, second only to Vittorio Veneto and often gives her advice on course of action. Oftentimes, it seems as if Littorio is the flagship more than Vittorio Veneto. Littorio herself believes that she is the one best suited to be the flagship. Despite it all, she is also rather flexible. Her vision for the Sardegna Empire is for it to control the entire Mediterranean sea.

Littorio loves Sardegnan (Italian) style tea ceremonies and luxuries. She also likes beautiful women. Littorio likes showing off her charms and will not hesitate in boasting how popular she is; nor will she hesitate in indulging in expensive wine. Littorio also seemingly has a fondness for roses.
