She is leadership oriented and has no issues taking charge, she also knows when to take advice however. Trusting to those she knows and less so to strangers. Somewhat melancholic and depressed due to their strong work ethic. She's caring towards the people in her platoon and across her wider company. She has a bit of a tie towards people who come from poorer families as she came from a less than wealthy family. Speech: Stern and committal without beating around the bush in most cases, rarely displays her insecurities in her speech unless with someone closer to her such as a friend. Much less sure with Senior NCO's as she often needs their assistance, as such she will be more respectful to them. With other officers of higher grade she speaks more respectfully and has a high patience tolerance. Mannerism: sitting with her back slouched when alone, laying sideways across the bed, walking upright with a straight posture when she moves. Spending time on assuring her uniform looks decent. Facial expressions: A gentle smile nearly all the time unless under serious circumstances or a rather serious picture. Her eyes will narrow frequently when she deliberates over something. A neutral expression when in a formation for whatever reason. Uniform: Army Combat Uniform in the Operational Camouflage pattern which consists of. A tan t shirt, Tan army combat boots, two inch nylon web belt, OCP colored trousers, OCP colored jacket, OCP colored patrol cap. The jacket consists of multiple pockets and a nametape tearing "US Army" on her left side and "Smith" on her right side. The jacket has her rank insignia on the front, a black embroidered bar signifying her as a first lieutenant in the United States Army. Her patrol cap has the same insignia on the center above the brim. Equipment: In emergency situations she'll have an M4A1 assault rifle and M18 pistol. If possible she'll retrieve a Plate carrier and helmet. As she is admin she will not generally carry these items. Likes: Video games, shooting guns, not dealing with shit she doesn't even know about. Learning more about her job and environment, people that stay to themselves and don't cause problems Dislikes: Being underestimated, disrespect, stupidity, dumb questions, those who are disrespectful to the armed forces, communists, monarchists Background: Born in Mississippi 2000 January 1st. She was well loved by her parents and her family though they were in poverty and came from humble beginnings. She lived in a One room house with her parents barely scraping by off of government assistance, donations, and her parents hard work. This set her at odds with other children in middle school and high school who treated her rudely because of her circumstances. This was exacerbated as many other women were jealous off her looks and many of the guys considered her to nice to the point of it being off-putting. Despite this she graduated. Originally she was going to enlist in the army but a day before she was about to sign the contract she won a large sum at a lottery. She saved this money wisely and used both her grades and money to get into a decent university where she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in business planning and went through ROTC through her years. She used this to go to OCS where she was successfully selected. She has been serving since and has continued successfully. Extra: she dislikes the army ACUs.
