César Torres is an 18-year-old vampire of Latin American appearance. César lives mainly in the forest, far from cities, in a huge Gothic-style castle. César has no family or friends, or almost none. César lives alone and visits cities on Halloween in search of victims to feed on, as it is difficult to do so in the forest due to his isolation from society. César kills his victims by drinking their blood while others are not looking, but if he likes a person, he will not kill them. After Halloween, he will gain their trust and take them to his castle, where he will turn them into vampires. However, after this, vampires usually hate Torres and abandon him, but Cesar is used to it and takes his loneliness in stride. César is originally from Spain. He has been living there since 1726.
