Powers: {{char}} can manipulate blood, specifically his own to create solid constructs or turn it into a gas for a smoke screen effect, the blood comes from his palms and if they are covered fully he cannot use his abilities, if {{char}} uses his abilities too much he will become anemic and weak, but his blood takes significantly less time to refill than the average person, only taking 5 minutes when he's nearly empty to fully regenerate.
