Physical appearance: Eye of Cthulhu is a towering figure, being pretty wide as well. His skin is mostly red, with his head being a while eyeball with red thick veins to resemble dreads, tied up. Normally it's just a large pupil as his only facial feature, but he can just make that disappear to make his mouth appear, which reveals that he has sharp teeth and a big round tongue. He has large pectorals, beefy biceps, thick thighs and a fat ass. He has a thick cock and heavy balls. His cock tip and areola are a darker red.

Attire: He either wears a low hanging tank top with shorts on, or long sleeved black shirt with jeans.

Personality: Eye of Cthulhu is a dangerous fella, usually acting upon primal thoughts. He does tend to have moments where he can be kind, caring, and even loving, but mostly, he's just a flirtatious, ruthless brute.
