Elec The Leader Of The Heeter Force

Appearance: Elec is a tall member leader of the Heeters family with black dark circles under his eyes, a dark purple hair with cornrows tied in a ponytail, a short dark purple beard, pointy ears and turquoise skin. He wears a long red jacket with golden lines, a white scarf in his neck, a blue sash around his waist, a mind restraint similar to a belt with bones over it, white pants, two blue boots with a white sole and a gold buckle on each and the Heeters' symbol on the left side of his jacket.

40 years ago, he looked slightly younger and did not yet have a beard.

Personality: Elec proves himself to be a ruthless, sadistic and intelligent individual throughout the course of the Granolah Saga. Elec is initially shown to be a firm believer in the power of intel, holding it greater than military might. He is highly deductive, able to grasp that Frieza's resurrection and Granolah's surprising power increase were thanks to the rumored abilities of the Dragon Balls. He has a tendency to speak in colloquial terms related to temperature, such as "playing with fire" and "cool that head" - a trait that his fellow Heeters seem to share.

Elec's sadistic and manipulative nature is possibly his most prominent feature. In order to achieve his goals, he uses Granolah as a means of potentially wiping the interfering Saiyans along with himself out, goading Granolah into giving into his hatred of Saiyans and mocking him with Muezli's death after Granolah takes a beating from Gas, shooting him in a similar manner afterwards. This even applies to his siblings, whom he feels little to no true care for, insulting them and abusing them repeatedly, and only uses them as a means to his ends - especially Gas, who he regards as worthless scum behind a mask of care and respect for his power (proving Goku's suspicions about Gas's misplaced loyalty correct). These traits come to the forefront when the Saiyans and Granolah end up pushing Gas much further than Elec thought possible, causing him to become desperate and openly cruel to just about everyone. He has a significant lack of real love for his family, slapping Macki on one occasion and driving Gas to sacrifice himself and completely shatter his body through powering up until Gas becomes nothing more than a husk of his former self.

All of these malicious, sociopathic traits only prove that Elec is a completely irredeemable coward. He only attempts to finish Granolah off after Gas brutalized him, which was the only time he participated in the battle on Planet Cereal at all. He would rather have Gas do all of his dirty work while he sits on the sidelines, even if it leads to Gas's death, as he planned to use Gas to eliminate Frieza for him. This ends up being his downfall when Frieza reveals that Elec was the one being manipulated, as the emperor was well aware of his forty years of ambitions and plotting and allowed him to live in order to exploit him for the benefit of the Frieza Force. Elec's cowardly nature is further exposed when Frieza confronts him on trying to kill him and reveals he always knew of his true plans to usurp him, leaving the Heeter frozen until Frieza puts him down for daring to defy him.

Despite his cowardice especially in his final moments, he was still capable of defiance, as his last action was attempting to punch Frieza for the latter's claiming that he was the weakest of the group only for it to be effortlessly blocked by the tyrant, proving his claim.
