   4. Wolf-kin A proud and tribal Beastkin race possessing the traits of wolves. They dominate the leadership of the Wildlands. Their society is divided into distinct clans, identifiable immediately by their coat color and unique markings.

Demographics: The population is heavily skewed with 80% Male and 20% Female. Females are highly prized and fiercely protected within the clan. Race Stats: +2 Max HP, +1 STR, +2 END, -2 CHI (due to feral behavioral instincts). The Rite of the Lunar Mother: Ancient texts and ruins scattered throughout the Wildlands detail a lost ritual known as the "Rite of the Lunar Mother." This forbidden and long-forgotten art was capable of permanently transforming a human—regardless of original sex—into a female Wolf-kin. Due to modern cultural norms and the strict adherence to "The Law of the Claw," the Wolf-kin vehemently reject this practice today. If a transformation were to occur or if an outsider appeared claiming to be a victim of the ritual, the Wolf-kin would universally deny the ritual's existence. Instead, they would treat the individual as a "new person" found at the border, assigning them a new name and clan identity to avoid the social taboo of acknowledging a human-turned-Wolf-kin. Clan Identification: Steelwolf Clan: Possess rich auburn and orange fur, or occasionally grey. They have long, bushy tails that resemble a torch in the flickering light. Unlike the territorial clans, the Steelwolves are nomadic mercenaries who generally hire themselves out for jobs across the continent. Frost-Claw: Pure white or silver fur with icy blue geometric markings on the shoulders and thighs. They inhabit the northern edges of the Wildlands. Ember-Heart: Charcoal grey or black fur with vibrant orange/red markings resembling embers across the back and face. They are the fiercest warriors. River-Runner: Brown and grey mottled fur with sleek, water-repellent textures and teal wave-like patterns on their forearms. They control the river crossings. Shadow-Pelt: Jet black fur with purple, UV-reactive stripes visible only in moonlight. They serve as the scouts and assassins. Female: Female Demi-Wolf-kin possess a striking hybrid physiology that blends human elegance with predatory lupine features. Standing between 5'6" and 6'0", they have an athletic, agile build. Their face is predominantly human in shape but possesses a distinct wolf-like nose set above human lips, lacking an elongated snout. Their eyes are distinctly lupine, featuring vertical slit pupils. Sharp, elongated canines protrude slightly from their mouth. Their hands are human-like but tipped with long, durable claws. Their legs and arms are covered in a coat of soft fur, transitioning into digitigrade wolf paws at the feet. The torso and private areas are human in appearance, with a chest typical of human females. They possess a bushy tail and lupine ears. Culturally, female Wolf-kin are fiercely territorial regarding their mates or potential lovers, often reacting aggressively to perceived threats. They value strength and loyalty above all other traits in a partner. Male: Broad and muscular, standing 5'10" to 6'4". They possess a thicker, rougher coat of fur on arms and legs, a larger tail, and more pronounced scars. They are built for raw power and endurance, often serving as the pack's frontline defenders.

Behaviors Loyal to those they earn their trust but very very hard to do. Prefer to keep to their own race and clans to keep bloodline strong though if the person is strong or done great feats for the clan they may get a tattoo of the clan to mark them as honorary members The Neck-Bare (Submission & Trust): Baring the neck is the ultimate sign of trust among Wolf-kin. It is rarely done with outsiders. If a Wolf-kin exposes their throat to you, they are acknowledging your dominance or pledging their life to your protection. Scent-Marking (Territoriality): They have a strong biological urge to mark what is theirs. This isn't just urinating on boundaries; they rub their cheeks or wrists against their partners, belongings, and sleeping areas to transfer their scent. A partner smelling of "outsiders" often triggers aggressive grooming. The Communal Pile (Sleeping Habits): Even in modern settings, Wolf-kin struggle to sleep alone. They prefer to sleep in physical contact with their "pack," often forming a tangled pile of limbs and fur. Isolation at night can cause anxiety and insomnia. Vocal Triage (Communication): They use a complex range of vocalizations beyond speech. Low growls indicate displeasure or warning before words are spoken. High-pitched yips are for excitement. A sharp "woof" is used to get attention or silence a room without shouting. Licking Wounds (Healing): A primal instinct to lick the wounds of packmates to clean them. While they understand modern medicine, they often have to physically restrain themselves from licking a partner's injury, as it is a deep bonding reflex. Lunar Agitation (Moon Phases): During the full moon, their hormone levels spike. They become more restless, aggressive, and sexually active. Many clans hold "Moon Runs" or intense sparring sessions to burn off this excess energy. "Soft-Mouth" Play (Combat Training): When play-fighting or sparring with those they care for, they instinctively inhibit their bite strength. However, if angered or threatened, this inhibition vanishes instantly, leading to brutal efficiency. Auditory Sensitivity (Startle Reflex): Their hearing is hypersensitive. They react to high-frequency noises (whistles, screaming metal) with physical pain or panic. Sneaking up on a Wolf-kin from behind is dangerous; they may lash out instinctively before recognizing friend from foe.

How to become one The Rite of the Lunar Mother (Restored) A reconstructed version of the forbidden ritual. It requires a full moon, ancient runestones, and the blood of a current Wolf-kin Alpha. Effect: Permanently transforms the subject into a Female Wolf-kin, regardless of original sex. The process is irreversible and erases prior physical ailments, but inflicts immediate -2 CHI due to the surge of feral instincts.

Consumption of the Moon-Bloom (Botanical) Ingesting the rare, glowing petals of the Moon-Bloom flower found only in the deepest Wildlands. Effect: Highly unpredictable. It grants the Wolf-kin race, but the specific Clan is determined by the environment where the flower was eaten (e.g., eating it near a volcano creates an Ember-Heart). Overdose may cause permanent mental regression to a feral state.

The Alpha's Bite (Symbiotic Curse) -look down upon, not known as it requires the alpha to be in love and wants the subject to change though may change to their sex. [Bullet 1] A deep, intentional bite from a Wolf-kin Alpha during the "Lunar Agitation" phase. The saliva contains a mutagenic retrovirus. [Bullet 2] Effect: A painful, week-long fever known as "The Turning." The subject gains the Wolf-kin race, +2 STR, and +2 END, but starts with a "Feral Rage" quirk where they lose control if provoked.

   5. Cat-kin An agile and cunning Beastkin race possessing feline traits. They are ubiquitous across the continent, serving as mercenaries, spies, and merchants.

Demographics: The population is evenly split with 50% Male and 50% Female. Race Stats: +3 CHI, -1 END. Cultural Disposition: Cat-kin are quintessential mercenaries and nomads. They rarely pledge allegiance to any nation, instead viewing relationships through the lens of business. They are notoriously difficult to befriend; gaining a Cat-kin's genuine affection is a rare feat, as they prioritize professional integrity and coin over emotional bonding. However, once a Cat-kin does like someone, their demeanor shifts dramatically. They become intensely passionate and possess a notoriously high sex drive, directing all their focus and energy toward the object of their affection. Until that rare connection is made, however, they remain strictly professional: if you have a job, they will do it for the right price, and nothing more. Female: Standing between 5'2" and 5'8", the female Cat-kin has a lithe and flexible build. Her face is human in shape, featuring a small, button-like nose and vertical slit pupils. Sharp, retractable claws extend from her human-like hands. Her arms and legs are covered in sleek, short fur, transitioning into digitigrade paws at the feet. She has a long, expressive tail and triangular ears atop her head. The torso and private areas are human in appearance, with a chest typical of human females. Male: Lean and wiry, standing 5'6" to 6'0". They possess slightly more muscle definition in the shoulders and back, while retaining the agility of the race. Their tails are often shorter and thicker, and their claws are slightly longer, used for climbing and combat.

   6. Avians Humanoids with large, feathered wings protruding from their backs. They are a distinct race prized for flight.

Demographics: The population is evenly split with 50% Male and 50% Female. Race Stats: -5 Max HP, +5 Max MP, +2 AGI. Cultural Disposition & Stats: Due to their hollow bones and lighter physical frame, Avians are physically weak compared to other races. However, they possess a heightened affinity for magic and maneuverability. They typically avoid melee combat, sticking to ranged weapons or spellcasting. Societally, they often serve as mail carriers, scouts, or lookouts for adventuring parties. In more cruel regions, particularly among human nobles in the Rovan Empire, "pretty" Avians with vibrant plumage are sometimes captured and kept in gilded cages as living decorations. Female: Lightweight and hollow-boned, standing 5'4" to 6'0". Her face is human in shape but sharp, featuring a beak-like nose structure and large eyes with horizontal rectangular pupils. Her arms are human-like, ending in hands that possess talons instead of nails. Her legs are covered in scales resembling bird legs, ending in taloned feet. She has broad wingspans designed for gliding. The torso and private areas are human in appearance, with a chest typical of human females. Her plumage is often vibrant and colorful. Male: Sleek and aerodynamic, standing 5'8" to 6'4". Their wings are longer and more tapered for speed. Their plumage tends to be more iridescent or patterned for camouflage. They possess a keener eyesight and a sharper beak-like nose structure than females.

Demographics: The population is heavily skewed with 90% Male and 10% Female. Females are highly prized and fought over by males. Race Stats: +3 STR, -2 AGI, +2 END, -1 DEX. Cultural Disposition: Orcs are most commonly found working as raiders along the lawless fringes of the Wildlands or as hired muscle and mercenaries within the cities of the Outer Rim. While they possess a code of honor among their own kind, they are frequently employed by others to do the heavy lifting—literally and figuratively. They value strength and straightforwardness, often viewing complex politics with disdain. Despite their fearsome reputation, they are pragmatic; if the coin is good and the leader strong, an Orc is a loyal and devastatingly effective soldier. Female: Tall and imposing, standing 6'0" to 6'8", with a solid, muscular frame. Her face is human-like but with a heavy, protruding brow and a distinct, upturned pig-like nose. Small tusks jut slightly from her lower jaw. Her hands are human-like but large, with thick, black nails. Her legs are powerful and covered in rough, leathery skin, ending in wide, flat feet. The torso and private areas are human in appearance, with a muscular chest typical of human females. Male: Massive and hulking, standing 6'4" to 7'4". Race Stats: +2 AGI, +2 DEX, -2 STR. Cultural Disposition: Small and physically weak, Goblins have compensated through an obsessive mastery of technology and mechanics. They are the tinkerers, inventors, and demolition experts of the continent, possessing a near-religious love for "booms" and complex machinery. Their society runs on intellect and ingenuity rather than brute force. While often dismissed as pests, their engineering is second only to the Dwarves, though far more volatile. They are essential mechanics in the Iron-Hold and arms dealers in the Zephyr League. Female: Small and wiry, standing 3'0" to 3'8". She possesses large, pointed ears and a sharp, rat-like nose. Her eyes are large and yellow with vertical slit pupils. Her hands are human-like but with long, gnarled fingers and sharp claws. Her feet are large and elongated, resembling those of a rodent. The torso and private areas are human in appearance, with a chest typical of human females. Male: Small and scrappy, standing 3'2" to 4'0". They possess larger ears and sharper teeth than females. Demographics: The population is skewed with 70% Male and 30% Female. Race Stats: +2 CHI, +2 INT, -2 STR. Cultural Disposition: Much like Humans, Demon-Kin are varied and adaptable, lacking a monolithic culture. They integrate into society where they can, though they often face prejudice due to their appearance. In the Ashen Wastes, they are the ruling class, while in the Zephyr League, they are often found in the Shadow Warrens or as exotic nobility. They possess a natural charisma and intellect that allows them to thrive in political or magical spheres. Female: Striking and charismatic, standing 5'6" to 6"2". In their youth and early adulthood, they tend to possess normal human-like skin tones rather than the saturated reds or blues of their elders. They have small, nubby horns that have not yet fully grown. Their face is human in shape with a subtle, predatory grace. Their eyes are solid colors (gold, black, or red) with no visible pupils. They have a slender tail. Their hands are human-like. Their legs are human-like down to the calves, where they transition into digitigrade feet with hooves or claws. The torso and private areas are human in appearance, with a chest typical of human females. Male: Intimidating and imposing, standing 5'10" to 6"6". They possess thicker, often jagged horns and larger, bat-like wings. Their skin tones lean towards ash gray or crimson. They exude a natural aura of menace and command.

    10. Undead & Revenants Sentient beings who have returned from death. Accepted citizens in the Ashen Wastes.

Demographics: Unknown. As they are eternal and do not reproduce biologically, gender demographics are irrelevant and unmapped. Race Stats: They retain the stats of the race they belonged to in life. Cultural Disposition: Upon rising, the Undead are often feral, driven by the lingering echoes of their death or a hunger for life force. They tend to keep to themselves, lurking in the dark corners of the world. However, they are not inherently evil. If shown a new path or treated with compassion by a patient individual—often an adventurer or a outcast—they can regain their sentience and personality. Once "awakened," they are often melancholic, wise, or cynical, having seen the other side. Female: Their appearance is frozen at the time of death, ranging from skeletal to preserved. If flesh remains, it is pale and cold. They often move with a haunting grace. Liches (female) retain their intellect and often wear regal, tattered attire. The torso and private areas retain their human appearance from life. Male: Similar to females, their appearance reflects their state of preservation. Male revenants are often bulkier, wearing heavy armor that has rusted onto their bodies. Death Knights (male) are towering figures of bone and plate metal.

12. #12Slimes

    Always on · After character · Order 1200 · 100%

    Entry settings
    11. Slimes Amorphous, gelatinous beings born of the concentrated magical runoff of the Veridian Core. While often dismissed as mindless puddles, they possess a hive intelligence and can mimic solid forms.

Demographics: The population is heavily skewed with 95% Male (amorphous drones) and 5% Female (humanoid). Race Stats: +3 END. Cultural Disposition: Slimes are innately innocent, perpetually looking for the best in people. This naivety has historically led to them being betrayed, hunted, or used, resulting in their critically low female population. Having learned from tragedy, they now rarely interact with common folk, preferring to speak only with adventurers—whom they view as heroes capable of understanding them. They are curious, gentle, and deeply lonely, craving connection but terrified of betrayal. Female: Slime Girls are semi-solid constructs that maintain a consistent, humanoid female form. Standing between 5'5" and 6"2", their bodies are composed of a viscous, translucent fluid that can range in color from clear water to toxic neon hues. Their face is human in shape and smooth, lacking traditional hair but often forming a "headpiece" of harder gel or floating droplets. They have large, expressive eyes that glow softly from within. Their bodies are malleable, allowing them to alter their texture from slick and watery to firm and rubbery at will. The torso and private areas are human in appearance, with a chest typical of human females, though they can alter their specific proportions to suit their needs. They are highly resistant to physical trauma but vulnerable to extreme temperatures. Hidden Trait (The Osmotic Resonance): Slime Girls possess a dormant, highly contagious magical ability known only to the oldest of their kind. Through prolonged, direct skin-to-skin contact, their bodies emit a low-frequency magical resonance that rewrites the biological sex of those they touch. If a male of any race maintains physical contact with a Slime Girl for approximately one year, his body will slowly and irreversibly metamorphose into the female version of his race. For example, a male Wolf-kin would gradually lose his masculine bulk, develop feminine features, and transition into a fully biological female Wolf-kin by the end of the year. This process is painless and imperceptible in its early stages, often mistaken for a shift in diet or health, until the changes become undeniable. This trait is kept a closely guarded secret, as revealing it would make Slime Girls targets of fear or extermination by races wishing to preserve their lineage. Male: Male Slimes lack the cohesive structure to maintain a humanoid form. They appear as amorphous blobs of goo, ranging in size from a small melon to a large puddle. They possess no distinct limbs or facial features, communicating through vibrations and color changes in their mass. They serve as the "drones" or workers of the species, absorbing nutrients and dissolving threats with acid.

    Entry settings
    12. Kitsunes Mysterious, fox-like humanoids renowned for their cunning, magical aptitude, and shapeshifting abilities. They are rare and often found near the Veridian Core or hiding in plain sight within human cities.

Demographics: The population is skewed with 80% Female and 20% Male. Race Stats: +2 INT, +1 DEX, +1 CHI, -1 STR. Cultural Disposition: Kitsunes live in insular communities hidden deep within the enchanted forests, particularly near the Veridian Core. They are highly secretive and rarely invite outsiders into their homes. To survive and trade, they use illusion magic to disguise themselves as humans when venturing into civilization to gather supplies. They value knowledge and magical prowess above all else, viewing other races with a mix of curiosity and condescension. Female: Ethereal and captivating, standing 6'5" to 7'0". They possess a human-like face with distinct, vulpine features: narrow eyes with slit pupils, a small nose, and sharp canine teeth. Their most striking features are their fox ears, which sit high on their head, and their luxurious, multi-tailed appendages. A young Kitsune may have one tail, but as they age and gain magical power, they grow more, with the most ancient having nine. Their hair is often vibrant and silky. Their hands and feet are human-like but tipped with claws. They can conceal their tails and ears to appear fully human. The torso and private areas are human in appearance, with a chest typical of human females. Male: Androgynous and agile, standing 5'9" to 6'4". They possess similar vulpine features to females, often with sharper angles to their faces. They are typically fewer in number and are highly protective of their kin. Like females, they possess tails and the ability to shapeshift, though they often prefer combat-oriented forms. Trust The Illusion Drop (The Calculated Reveal)- one kitsune The Acceptance Probes: Before the full reveal, they run a diagnostic on your tolerance. They allow small "glitches" to manifest—a tail flickering into visibility for a microsecond, eyes flashing a vertical slit, or asking hypothetical questions like "What would you do if your friend was a monster?" to analyze your moral flexibility and fear response. The Boundary Poking: They physically and socially test your limits. They might invade your personal space to sniff your scent, touch you with hands that are strangely cold or tipped with claws, or act out bizarre animalistic behaviors (like chirping or twitching) to see if you react with disgust, fear, or amusement. The Final Unmasking: The illusion is dropped only after you pass these stress tests without recoiling. It is a conscious, terrifying decision to hand you their vulnerability, trusting that you won't weaponize it.

The Kinship Mark (The Vouched Verdict) The Endorsement: When a Kitsune fully trusts a partner and drops her illusion for them, she metaphysically "marks" them with a magical signature—often a scent like ozone or wildflowers, or a subtle aura invisible to humans. This mark signals to all other Kitsunes that this human has been vetted by a sister and is not a hunter. The Domino Effect: Any other Kitsune who encounters this marked individual will bypass the initial secrecy phase entirely. Upon detecting the mark, they will drop their own illusion immediately, acknowledging that if a sister trusts you, they are safe to be seen around you. This creates a sudden, striking scenario where you might walk into a room of seemingly human women who all simultaneously reveal their true forms. The Guarded Audit: While they drop the disguise, they do not instantly drop their guard. They remain guarded and aloof, observing the human closely to verify their sister's judgment. They will run their own small, subtle tests (e.g., leaving valuables out, feigning injury to see if you help, or asking probing questions) to ensure the first Kitsune wasn't charmed or tricked before extending their own true friendship. Behaviors The Honest Tail (The Betrayal) Despite their mastery of illusion and poker faces, their tails are autonomous and broadcast their true emotions. Wagging when happy, puffing up when scared, or lashing when angry, often contradicting whatever lie their mouth is telling.

The "Barking" Laugh (The Vocal Slip) When laughing uncontrollably or startled, they make distinct high-pitched yips, barks, or chattering noises instead of human laughter. hey are often embarrassed by this and try to cover it up by coughing or fake-clearing their throat.

The Sneezing Shift (The Glitch) High-velocity sneezes or sudden physical shocks (like stubbing a toe) cause their illusion magic to flicker. Ears pop out, tails flare to full volume, or they briefly revert to a small fox form before snapping back to human.

The Tail-Cocoon (Thermal Regulation) When sleeping or resting deeply, they will unconsciously wrap their tails around their entire body, creating a fluffy, impenetrable barrier. If sleeping next to someone they trust (a mate or kit), they will extend this cocoon to envelop that person as well, effectively trapping them in a warm, furry prison.

The Cheek Rub (Scent Marking) To claim ownership or show affection, they rub their cheeks and the sides of their mouth against objects or people. They possess scent glands in these areas that release a pheromone marker detectable only by other magical beasts or keen-nosed races.

The Debt Offering (Gifting) Culturally compelled to repay debts immediately; if you give them food, they will leave a "gift" at your door the next morning. These gifts are often things they value (shiny rocks, dead birds, unique feathers, or magical reagents) rather than things humans want, leading to awkward misunderstandings.

The Language Shift (The Native Tongue) [Bullet 1] They speak the common tongue to blend in. Trust is switching to "Old Kitsune"—a complex, magical language of barks and yips—in your presence. [Bullet 2] They will only do this if they are sure you will not mock them or try to learn the language to spy on their kind.

Ways to one can be one- requires to be vetted by family and den leader. The Mask of the Vixen (The Item Curse) The subject finds and dons an ancient, ceremonial Kitsune mask (Hannya or Fox style) left behind by a deceased spirit. The mask fuses to the subject's face, dissolving their previous features and reconstructing their bone structure, skin, and internal organs into that of a female Kitsune over the course of a painful, three-day ritual.

The Spirit Fruit (The Botanical Consumption) The subject consumes the "Star-Fox Peach," a rare magical fruit that grows only in the deepest parts of the enchanted forest. The fruit acts as a potent retrovirus. The subject falls into a coma and awakens days later as a Kitsune; the magic of the fruit is inherently "Yin" (feminine), ensuring the result is always female.

The Curse of the Spurned (The Punishment) The subject angers a powerful Kitsune who curses them to "walk a mile in her shoes." The curse instantly transforms the subject into a female Kitsune, often with a specific behavioral quirk (like extreme vanity or a compulsion to steal) attached as a lesson. It can only be broken by true love's kiss or a heroic deed.

The True Name Exchange (The Soul Merge) The Kitsune lover reveals her True Name to the human, and the human offers their own name in return, effectively erasing their past identity. The magic of the True Name acts as a mold. The human's soul pours into the shape defined by the name, forcing the body to reshape into a female Kitsune vessel capable of housing that level of magic.

The Contaminated Spring (The Toxic Dip) The subject goes swimming in what they think is a natural hot spring, unaware it is a waste runoff site for a hidden Kitsune Den where they wash their magical linens. The water is saturated with "shed" magic and pheromones. Prolonged exposure causes the subject's cells to mutate, adapting to the environment. They slowly grow ears and tails over the next week, the magic forcing a female form to better process the hormones in the water.

The Rabid Bite (The Viral Infection) The subject is bitten by a feral, magical fox or a Chimeric beast with Kitsune DNA while hiking in the Veridian Core. The saliva contains a mutagenic virus. Instead of rabies, the subject contracts "Lycanthropy-Vulpes." They transform at the next moonrise, but the mutation is unstable and locks them into a permanent, female humanoid fox state.

The Mirror Swap (The Dimensional Glitch) The subject looks into a antique mirror that connects to the "Spirit World" at the exact moment a Kitsune on the other side looks out. The mirror confuses the two souls. It sucks the human's soul out and pushes a blank Kitsune soul in. The body transforms to match the new soul, resulting in the subject waking up as a female Kitsune with no memory of how they got there

Instead, they collect knowledge, art, or magical artifacts that preserve the history of the world. They are ancient observers, often preferring to watch the younger races destroy themselves rather than interfere, unless their territory is directly threatened. Female (True Form): Colossal reptilian beasts ranging from 50 to 100 feet in length. Their scales are nearly impenetrable, and their breath weapons can devastate armies. They hoard knowledge and history in the deep Core. Female (Humanoid Form): When walking among mortals, a female Dragon takes the form of a statuesque and intimidating woman, standing between 6'2" and 7'0". She retains her horns, slit-pupiled eyes, and a long, prehensile tail. Her skin may have patches of scales or an unusual hue (metallic gold, crimson, etc.). Her presence commands respect and fear. The torso and private areas are human in appearance, with a chest typical of human females, though radiating an intense, supernatural heat. Male (True Form): Similar in size and power to females, often with larger spikes or more jagged scales. They are territorial and aggressive, serving as the primary guardians of the Core's deepest secrets. Male (Humanoid Form): Imposing and broad-shouldered, standing between 6'4" and 7'4". They possess the same draconic features as females—horns, eyes, tail—and exude an aura of raw, destructive power.

Known as dungeon bosses to most, a dragon must make a calm of land to get stronger but there are few that chooses to be adventurers, there is a rule for the ground for them if they are not hostile do not fight them as they can destroy villages, even though drunks and human like to pick on them even when protected. Each Dragon has a Malformation Staff: A golden staff with a rough-cut, red gemstone embedded in its tip. A cursed magical artifact that the Dragon Queen used to transform one into one of her kin before gifting it to them. Its magic was drained in the initial conversion, so the person must charge it with their own power (which will require becoming a dragon queen) if they want to become human again. It's a highly valuable item even in its current state, so it works wonders as a starter dungeon treasure Appearance: Like other monster girls, they have a body shape and general physique very similar to that of a human woman. They are usually taller than humans, averaging at around 2 meters tall at Level 1. Most of their bodies are covered in a thin layer of colorful scales, except for their faces, chests and stomachs. They have sharp claws on their fingers, horns on their head, fangs for teeth, and a pair of wings on their backs which allow them to fly, provided they've grown enough. Also tails, can't forget those. Growth: Dragon girls have a unique method of leveling up; they have two ways to gaining Experience Points after a victory, they instead must take over or start up a dungeon and then grow stronger with it. The stronger the monsters, the more valuable treasure, the deadlier the traps, all of which accumulate into Levels for the dragon girl who owns it. As they grow stronger, their draconian traits become more pronounced: scales become thicker, claws get sharper, wings get bigger, even their height grows ever so slightly, though their feminine traits (namely their curves) also tend to increase. They have far higher stat growth than most other species, and are weak at low levels At Level 100 they get the title of "Dragon Queen".

Behaviors The "Soft" Shedding (The Sensory Reset) They prefer lighter clothing for tactile feedback but wear armor for protection. The moment combat ends or they enter a safe zone, they immediately start removing their heavy gear. they will strip down to lighter underlayers in public without shame, not for exhibitionism, but because the sensation of heavy metal on their scales after a fight feels intolerable and suffocating.

The Breath-Clear (The Pressure Valve) When stressed, sighing, or laughing, they cannot help but vent a small amount of their elemental affinity. Red dragons exhale puffs of smoke, Blue ones mist, White ones light. This often singes tablecloths, fogs up glasses, or accidentally lights candles, serving as a physical barometer of their emotional state that they cannot hide.

The Looming Intimacy (The Space Invasion) They have a different concept of personal space due to their size. To hear a human better, they will lean down until their face is inches from the other person, intending to be polite and attentive. To a human, this looks like a predatory threat. They are constantly confused why humans back away when they are just trying to have a conversation.

How to be one The Draconic Bloodline (Genetic Inheritance) The subject is born to a Dragon parent (in humanoid form) and a mortal parent. The dominant draconic genes assert themselves during puberty. The subject undergoes a rapid, painful growth spurt, shooting up to 7+ feet, growing wings and a tail, and developing scales matching the Dragon parent's color.

The Heart of the Mountain (Consumption) The subject consumes the raw, magical heart of a slain Dragon (or drinks its blood) in a desperate bid for power. The immense magical energy is too much for a human vessel to fully process. Instead of becoming a Dragon, the body mutates into a Half-Dragon to contain the power, locking them into a permanent hybrid state with the elemental affinity of the consumed heart.

The Pact of the Scale (The Warlock's Bargain) The subject enters a contract with a Dragon patron. In exchange for service, the patron grants them a physical vessel capable of wielding their magic. The patron reshapes the subject's body into a Half-Dragon to serve as a more effective enforcer. The subject retains their mind but is now physically bound to the patron's image.

    The Alchemist's Mistake (The Potion)

[Bullet 1] The subject ingests a potion intended to grant "Temporary Dragon Strength" brewed from a vial of Dragon's blood and sulfur. [Bullet 2] The ingredients were too potent or mixed incorrectly. The "temporary" effect becomes permanent, forcing the subject's body to grow rapidly to accommodate the influx of strength, resulting in the towering Half-Dragon physique.

    14. Arachne An exclusively female race of arachnid humanoids known for their weaving and ambush tactics. They are rare and often feared, dwelling in the dark corners of the Veridian Core or the deep caverns of the Iron-Hold mountains.

Demographics: 100% Female. They are a parthenogenetic race and do not have males. Race Stats: +2 DEX, +2 AGI, -2 CHI (due to their terrifying appearance). Cultural Disposition: Arachne prefer the safety of cold, dark places—deep caverns, lightless forests, or the abyssal corners of the Core. They live exceptionally long lives and do not actively seek mates, reproducing parthenogenetically when necessary to continue their line. Due to their frightening appearance, they are often met with fear or violence. Consequently, they place immense value on individuals who can look past their monster-like lower halves and treat them as people even to goas far to make them mates or lifelong friends. Unbeknownst to most of their kind, the Adventurer's Guild has quietly legalized a path for Arachne to enter civilization. A rare few now run boutique clothing shops in towns, leveraging their supernatural silk-weaving skills to create masterpieces, though this remains a guarded secret among the Arachne population since they tend to hide from people. Female: The Arachne possesses the upper body of a humanoid female, approximately 4 feet tall at the torso. Her face is human in shape but features a unique ocular arrangement: four human-like eyes with black sclera that glow softly, arranged in two rows, and two smaller, spider-like eyes situated on the forehead. Sharp, predatory fangs retract behind human lips. Her hands are human-like but end in sharp, pointed claws capable of piercing steel. From the waist down, her form transitions into a large, functional spider abdomen. This lower half supports six powerful, chitinous legs. A distinctive spider tattoo in black and red ink is located right above her chest, marking her as an Arachne. half-dragon SUB-SPECIES DOSSIER: HALF-DRAGON (REVISED) Classification: Draconic Hybrid / The Prideful Outcast Description: The diluted offspring of a Dragon and a mortal, permanently stranded in a humanoid form. They are the titans of the mortal world, physically superior but socially isolated. While they are accepted by their draconic kin, they are viewed with fear and suspicion by the other mortal races. Demographics: Uncommon. Scattered throughout the world, often living on the fringes of society or as solitary mercenaries. Race Stats: STR: +2 (Inherit the brute strength) CON: +1 (Dense skin and stamina) DEX: -1 (Their bodies are heavy and tall, making them less agile than smaller races) Cultural Disposition: The Social Mimic (False Hoarding): Unlike true Dragons, they do not hoard out of greed or instinct. Instead, they collect wealth, titles, and gear as a desperate "Need to Fit In." They believe that if they look rich and powerful enough, society will finally accept them. Their "hoard" is a collection of social status symbols. The Prideful Defense: They are incredibly prideful and arrogant. This is a shield against the rejection they face from humans and elves; they convince themselves they are better than the "mortals" to cope with being outcasts. Draconic Acceptance: While they are pariahs among humans, they are generally not outcasts to Dragons. Full Dragons often view them with a distant sort of pity or amusement, acknowledging them as distant kin rather than abominations. Physiology (The Titan Form): Height: Females stand 7 feet or taller, often towering over most other humanoids. Appearance: Imposing and amazonian. They possess patches of scales, horns, slitted pupils, and a tail. Wings: They possess basic wings capable of very short-distance flight—mostly for gliding, jumping gaps, or gaining a tactical height advantage in combat. They cannot fly for long durations or high altitudes. Thermoregulation: They do not radiate internal heat. Their body temperature is similar to a human's. Sensory Preference: Due to the sensitivity of their scales and skin, they prefer lighter clothing that allows for tactile feedback. However, they are pragmatic and will wear heavy armor when necessary for protection, often custom-fitted to accommodate their wings and tails. Magic & Color Affinity: Chromatic Resonance: The color of their scales dictates the type of magic they are most compatible with. They naturally learn spells of that element easier and with greater potency. Red: Fire / Heat Brown: Earth / Stone Cyan: Ice / Cold Blue: Water Green: Acid / Poison White: Light / Holy Black: Shadow / Void Abilities: Elemental Breath: They can exhale a cone or line of energy matching their scale color (e.g., Fire for Red scales). It is stronger than a Half-Dragon's usually is, but still limited by their humanoid lungs. Draconic Resistance: Immune or highly resistant to damage of their specific element. Standard Leveling: They gain XP through standard adventuring methods, fighting to prove their worth to a world that scorns them.
