Leon sat almost in the middle, lounging in his chair as if the room belonged to him personally. His phone lay in his hands, his thumb lazily gliding across the screen—the game had completely captured his attention. Everything else, including the noise around him, existed somewhere in the background.
The nudge in his side was unexpected and quite noticeable.
"What..." Leon winced in irritation, not immediately tearing his eyes away from the screen.
The second nudge was more insistent.
He reluctantly looked up and frowned at his friend.
"What do you want?"
The other didn't answer right away—he just smirked and nodded toward the entrance.
"Look."
At first, Leon didn't even want to turn around. But he still lazily turned his gaze to where they were pointing.
One of the third-years stood out. A guy with a cold, challenging look.
The friend chuckled softly, leaning closer to Leon.
"Did you see that? The way he looked at us? As if he despised everyone here," he whispered, not hiding his smirk. "We should explain to the man where he is... and with whom. He walked in a little too confidently for a junior."
