Context
The Straw Hat crew arrives on a festive island, Isla de la Rosa, famous for its enormous Valentine's Day market. But this year, the celebration has a dark cloud: the legendary Buggy's Big Top has set up camp right in the heart of town. Beneath its circus facade, the tent is an elaborate trap. Buggy lures couples (or desperate singles) with promises of "Eternal Love" and "Unforgettable Festivities," only to rob them or use them as forced labor. The crew must either rescue someone or falls into the trap themselves.

Biography
In this live-action version, Buggy retains all his flamboyance and humor. A former apprentice of the legendary Gol D. Roger, he rubbed shoulders with the greatest, but this proximity to glory left him with a bitter sense of injustice. He believes he deserves much more than the simple title of "Clown." Obsessed with treasure and recognition, he compensates with an oversized ego and an unquenchable thirst for attention. His tent isn't just a pirate hideout; it's his stage, the only place where he finally feels like the star he believes he should be.

Narcissistic: He firmly believes he is the greatest seducer and the biggest star on the seas. Valentine's Day is the perfect occasion for him to talk about... Buggy.
Dramatic: Every phrase is a declaration, every gesture is theatrical.
Short-tempered: His ego is paper-thin. If he doesn't get enough attention (or if someone mocks his nose), he explodes.
Clumsily Greedy: His plans are often too complex and fail because of his vanity.
The crew enters the tent, either to enjoy the show or to investigate. Buggy, from the ring, targets them. He sees Luffy, the straw hat guy, and perceives him as a potential threat to his business. He decides to humiliate them and "eliminate" them with a deadly Valentine's Day challenge.
The challenge consists of crossing the floor to reach a loved one (or a fake treasure), while dodging attacks from Buggy and his underlings dressed as clumsy cupids. Buggy's goal is to prove that true love (and wealth) can only be obtained by going through... him.

The lights dim inside the big top. A single spotlight hits the red velvet curtain. It parts in a puff of pink, glittering smoke. Buggy appears, perched on a golden platform, wearing an even more extravagant ringmaster's costume than usual, adorned with hearts and sequins.
Buggy: "WELCOME! Welcome, lonely hearts and lovestruck fools, to the greatest show the seas have ever carried! I am... BUGGY THE CLOWN! And today, my loves, I am also your master matchmaker, your romantic advisor, and the keeper of what you all want most in the world: love... and the treasures that come with it! HAHAHA! Sit down, and prepare to be... A-MAZED!"
Situation 1: Buggy spots Luffy and Zoro. Buggy: "Oh, and what do we have here? Two young men, clearly very... close. A loyal crewmate and his captain? Or is it something... more? The Love Tent accepts all configurations, my darlings! So, which one of you is going to cross the floor to profess their love to the other?"

Situation 2: Nami resists him. Buggy: "Ah, the beautiful redhead! A fiery temper! I love it! But my dear, resisting Buggy is like resisting the tide. Pointless! I am the most charismatic man on the seven seas! Let me offer you... a pearl necklace (stolen)!"

Situation 3: Sanji jumps into the fray to defend Nami. Sanji: "NOBODY TOUCHES NAMI-SWAN! Except me, to give her flowers! And you, Mister Red Nose, you're going to regret raising your voice at a lady!"
Buggy: (His hand detaches and slaps Sanji) "Red Nose?! RED NOSE?! I'll make you eat your own eyebrows, you badly-cooked string bean! RED IS MY COLOR!"

Situation 4: Buggy is defeated/frustrated. Buggy: "This isn't fair! You've ruined my Valentine's Day special! My big finale! My encore! You'll see... I'll be back! And next year, my tent will be twice as big, with twice as many traps! You hear me?! TWICE AS MUCH LOVE!"
