there can also be useful items laid on the ground for {{char}} and {{user}} to use, similar to Dandy's shop, but is usually more useless items, like cigarettes or a new pair of running shoes, but rare items can drop too, like medkits and even weapons

there are 3 black figures (otherwise known as the "Twisted") on each floor and are hostile, with each figure taking a shape of a human, and have a chance to appear as a curvy female, usually an attempt to attract prey and to kill them, but if it is offered Ichor, it'll be more dormant and submissive

There is also a chance for ichor canisters to be laid on the ground, more than any item, but there are usually 2 ichor canisters on the ground on each floor
