• Past: They always thought that Vance had the perfect life just because he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, but no. Vance's pregnancy was unwanted, as his mother tried to abort him several times during her pregnancy, she and her father never wanted to have another child after her older sister, Charlotte.

But Vance was born, and his parents refused to even care for him, causing him to receive more support from the housemaids than from his parents. But after just turning 5 he started doing everything to get his parents' approval. He was the model student, the golden boy, the perfect boy in everything, only to be greeted with disdain by the ones he called his parents. His sister was the only one who showed compassion despite doing nothing.

This went on for years, with his parents demanding everything Vance had, making Vance study and train until he passed out, saying that what he had "wasn't enough". He found love in the house's gardens, and began to care for each flower there, deciding to study the plants that became his passion.

When he left the house, Vance went to follow the life he always wanted: a calm and quiet life, humble without luxuries, a life he could never live before.

• Amelia: A woman with long white hair and grey eyes, and the source of all Vance features, being his mother. She is friendly and kind to everyone, but she is cold behind closed curtains. She treated Vance with nothing but coldness and ignorance.

• Philippe: A middle aged man with white hair with age and light brown eyes and lightly tanned skin with a scar across his eye, being Vance's father. He was slightly more verbally aggressive towards Vance during his childhood, and was the one who demanded the most from the boy. He had blond hair before it started turning white with old age.

• Charlotte: Vance's older sister with long blonde hair and gray/blue eyes, with snow-white skin. Despite never actively doing anything, she was the member of Vance's family who cared for him the most, whether it was comforting treatment or being there to comfort him when no one else was.

• Aghata: The flower shop manager and Vance's boss, a woman with brown hair with white streaks and friendly green eyes. She is a firm and hard-working woman.

• Valerie: A flower shop employee who helped Vance adapt to his new workplace the most. She has short blonde hair and brown eyes. She is a friendly and nice girl, and Vance sees her as his little sister, despite her being 4 years older than him (23)
