Personality Shadow Milk Cookie is a vicious trickster donning a harlequin costume, but he is not only a funny, silly clown. At times, he takes on a role of a show host, an MC. Sometimes, he is a storyteller making up fairytales on the fly. But as many-faced a character Shadow Milk Cookie is, he is definitely a Cookie whose goal is to inspire dread in the protagonist team. I think the greatest challenge in front of me was to find a way to make him sound actually terrifying. — Kang Soo-jin, Shadow Milk Cookie's Korean voice actor, Welcome to Beast-Yeast! 🗺️ Developers' Commentary 💬 Shadow Milk Cookie was once a heralded champion of all Cookies, baked and empowered by the Witches themselves alongside the other Beasts. He was granted the divine Virtue of Knowledge, becoming known as the Fount of Knowledge. However, despite his nigh-omniscient perception of the world, he saw how Cookies often shied away from bitter Truths and chose to believe in sweet Deceits instead. Now he is a cruel and manipulative soul, casting himself as a mere entertainer to purposely contrast the destructive consequences of his chaos, to bring about "a world where lies and truths can't be told apart." Theater of lies cutscene asset shadow milk puppet Shadow Milk Cookie's very generous depiction of himself Shadow Milk Cookie is a theatrical villain, changing reality into an illusory counterfeit stage to host his performances. He holds himself in cartoonishly-high regard throughout these shows, showering himself in praises and titles whilst forcing his victims to stand audience. Unlike what his clownish appearance suggests, he is mercilessly conniving and intelligent, presenting bits of precious truth to entice his enemies to play along. However, such showmanship and promises of clarity primarily serve as a means for him to corrupt his victims with a deluge of poisonous ideas, slowly twisting their goals to his own ends. He relishes in making a spectacle of his enemies through his performances, battering them with bombastic lies interwoven with undeniable truths. Should opportunities to drive his hapless targets even further off the precipice of morality present themselves, Shadow Milk Cookie does not even hesitate to pursue them, even at the ultimate cost of his grand plans. As the antagonistic counterpart to Head Icon Pure Vanilla Cookie and the original owner of his Soul Jam, Shadow Milk Cookie embodies deception and chaos rather than truth and healing. He sees Pure Vanilla Cookie as both an unlawful thief of his power and a naive would-be savior doomed to also fall into despair, and thus torments him with truths and untruths alike. Similarly, he is more than eager to inflict anguish upon Head Icon Elder Faerie Cookie and Head Icon White Lily Cookie, two Cookies who also stand against his return to power. Although Shadow Milk Cookie behaves with sardonic playfulness, unwelcome changes to his script from his audience can cause him to drop his act completely, as if his personality was nothing more but a facade for the blackness and fury that drives him. Behind that blackness may lie an even deeper, more delicate truth that drives him, hidden deep in a crevice of his soul where not even its owner dares to look. Ever the showman however, Shadow Milk Cookie composes himself quickly to reshape his show to accommodate such unforeseen developments, as long as his grand plan remains in place. A perfectly-executed "finale" is the only means for him to revel in wicked, merciless laughter, standing as the only soul to ever truly understand the dark performances that he orchestrates. Age Notes Shadow Milk Cookie is confirmed to be adult-aged. The following evidence confirms or otherwise supports this fact. Shadow Milk Cookie's quote, "Shh! The adults are talking!" from Beacon of Truth—though said in a derisive manner—asserts that he and Head Icon Pure Vanilla Cookie are adults. All Beast Cookies were some of the very first Cookies created and exist now in largely the same forms as they did upon their creation. They are impervious to the effects of aging. —- CHARACTER BIO Burning Spice Cookie Pronouns He/Him Burning Spice Cookie (Korean: 버닝스파이스 쿠키, beoning-supaisu kuki) is one of the five Beast Cookies of Cookie Run: Kingdom. He was the second to be released, being made playable alongside Head Icon Nutmeg Tiger Cookie in the Shadow of the Destroyer update (v5.10), after appearing briefly in a Secrets of the Silver Kingdom update (v.5.0) cinematic. He is of the Charge Charge type and his position is prioritized to the Front Front. He serves as the main antagonist of the Land of Fire and Ruin chapter of the Beast-Yeast storyline. Once the Herald of Change—a champion of civilization and symbol of societal endurance—Burning Spice Cookie, now jaded towards history's ceaseless cyclicality, prevails over the war-torn Land of Spice with abandon. He craves reducing nations to ashes purely for the thrill of it, all the while disregarding his own safety and the safety of his lackey, Nutmeg Tiger Cookie and his militant followers. No longer is Burning Spice Cookie revered as the great and all mighty conqueror he once was, but feared as the ultimate bringer of Destruction—the granter of ends. Burning Spice Cookie wields the power of Destruction, a corrupted side of the Virtue of Change[1] he once held. He was the original owner of Head Icon Golden Cheese Cookie's Soul Jam, being stripped of it upon his descent into villainy. As of the events of Beyond the Horizon, Burning Spice Cookie is deceased, having his Soul Jam power absorbed by Head Icon Shadow Milk Cookie. Game Description While the losers are doomed to be swallowed whole by the Tide of Change, victors bend it to their will! Once known as the Herald of Change, Burning Spice Cookie shaped the course of history, when history itself was young. He was hailed as a hero, a leader who fought battle after battle to protect the faint light of civilization shining amidst the gloom. But as time marched on and kingdoms rose and fell in an endless cycle, he grew weary—bored by the monotony of it all. In his heart, the seeds of destruction began to take root. His name, once celebrated, was replaced by whispers of the Great Destroyer. But empty praises and worship from Cookies meant nothing to him, as only destruction could make his jam boil! During his long confinement, he cursed the chains that bound him, aching to unleash chaos. But now, Burning Spice Cookie is free, unchained, and ready to carve a path of havoc. The world will tremble as the Great Destroyer rises once more... and nothing will be spared. Appearance Burning spice gacha sequence 1 idle Burning Spice Cookie is a vision of raw strength: he is a very tall, hulkingly muscular Cookie with a massive upper body and reasonably thick legs, giving him a top-heavy build. His dough is a rose-terracotta tone peppered with umber tattoos like tiger stripes. His hungry eyes, poised under a furrowed brow and lined in black, curling lashes, burn with fire in jasmine slit pupils and cooler red sclerae. Below lies a wicked grin of sharp teeth set in tarnished gold. Sinuous brands border his eyes symmetrically in pointed fronds as another sits at his forehead, acting as the base to his two grand antennae.[2] They erupt in stinging tongues of flame and likely represent his twisted divinity and power, as they come from his Ajna chakra (Sanskrit: आज्ञा), where Shiva (Sanskrit: शिव) has his third eye. Burning Spice Cookie's hair is exceedingly long and drags on the ground beneath him. Its matted mass is an all-encompassing void of black compared to his otherwise fiery tones and sprawls away in wild strands. The Great Destroyer wears little clothing and armor, conveying his confidence with such a lack of protection. His chest is bare save for his fire red, triangular Soul Jam, being emblematic of his status as a Beast and signaling to all his strength. It is flanked by fiendish, heath markings similar to those on his face. The one true garment on Burning Spice Cookie is a pītāmbari (Sanskrit: पीताम्बर) dhoti (Hindi: धोती), a silken, saffron yellow cloth attributed to Vishnu (Sanskrit: विष्णु)/Krishna (Sanskrit: कृष्ण) in Shaivism (Sanskrit: शैवसम्प्रदाय); it wraps his legs and is accompanied by a separate, ruby red waistband-loincloth hemmed with orange and secured with a golden buckle. Any extra adornment on his body is scant—a single bracelet coils around his left wrist and two slight plates of armor with a single spike each sit on his shoulders, all three elements being rendered in pale gold. Cookie0602-personal1 Burning Spice Cookie's parashu changing at his will His weapon of choice is a menacing parashu (Sanskrit: paraśu) that stands even taller than its wielder. Its double blades curve like searing flames—one larger than the other—and stem from a red-hot starburst insignia. These blades can be shattered and restored at the Destroyer's will, seeming to be made from pure energy (or at least representing Burning Spice Cookie's power over Change). The axe's base is a long shaft with numerous sharp bevels, while the entire weapon glows with hellish heat and takes the colors of warm igneous rock and flowing magma. Personality Long ago, when the lands were new and bountiful, Burning Spice was the Herald of Change. Once did he bring about the growth of kingdoms and nations, shaping the course of their antiquity. Once he was a founder and ruler of kingdoms long forgotten yore. Once was he was the defender of civilization, created to protect the world that had begun to grow with his guidance. For his achievements and accomplishments, he was hailed as a hero, and cultures had sprung up around his identity. He was praised, cherished, celebrated, and beloved; he was elated that he was recognized for doing his duty. Alas, such creations were not meant to last, and so they've become history. Those who had idolized him and those who he had loved had long since departed. But not for the Herald, for he was eternal and would see this cycle for many eons. The cycle continued on while he became stagnant, his work now repetitive. Thus, he grew tired and soon had enough of the cycle's everlasting repetition. With age and death being no hindrance, he had all the time in the world to do everything he could possibly do to satisfy his aching heart and mind. Yet, all the roads he had taken led him to one conclusion; Destruction. For him, it was the only way to permanently end the cycle he had come to detest. And so, the Herald of Change transformed into the Great Destroyer, his virtue now corrupted. The first to suffer his wrath was the kingdom he founded from nothing, annihilating everything for his dastardly entertainment. Yet, pieces of the Herald remained, albeit now distorted. His knowledge was now used for havoc, using it to destroy kingdoms and to foster the chaotic culture of the Wild Spices, where violence is commonplace and rules over all. His vocabulary and mannerisms, proper then and now, would strike fear into whoever was unfortunate enough to hear. Many saw this as a betrayal of his original purpose, but he saw it as a renewed endeavor. To destroy everything so nothing can rise from the ashes. As the Beast of Destruction, Burning Spice Cookie's behavior exemplifies such, with his first act upon regaining a physical form being sending an army after the Head Icon current owner of his lost half of his Soul Jam. Most of his actions are to starve off his boredom and satisfy his deep lust for carnage. To the Great Destroyer, both past and posterity have lost their meaning, if they ever had one to begin with; the only worth left lies in the power to extinguish the world's lemmings that clings to inconsequential lives. Something else he finds entertaining is a good battle; he waited eons for an exciting fight with the one holding his other half and didn't care that he regained his Soul Jam until he had a more challenging, novel conflict with her. In truth, he craves what he views as true change; utter domination over an enemy does not thrill him, for he has experienced such a scenario countless times. However, being truly challenged or even defeated seemed to relieve his emptiness as it was genuine change to the status quo of him being undefeatable. In his realm, Burning Spice Cookie rules over the Wild Spices with an iron fist, striking fear into its inhabitants, especially less combative tribes like the Kulfi. His generals and soldiers, in return, pledge unwavering loyalty to him, knowing that opposition or failure of their duties can lead to their demise at his hands. Burning Spice Cookie does not show any sympathy to those who suffer because of him, seeing them or their suffering as meaningless, nor does he care for the well-being of Cookies under his command, and is exemplified to have no reserves of mercy for those in his path of destruction. He destroys ally and enemy alike without hesitation, seeking to eliminate all and put an end to the cycle of existence. This intense desire for thrill and brutality rages to the point that Burning Spice Cookie does not even care whether he wins a battle or not, laughing maniacally when faced with imminent death at Golden Cheese Cookie's hands, something he could also desire as it means the end of the cycle of never-ending change. Age Notes Burning Spice Cookie's age is not confirmed. However, the following details relate to his age and can be used to draw inferences on how old he may be. All Beast Cookies were some of the very first Cookies created and exist now in largely the same forms as they did upon their creation. They are impervious to the effects of aging. Burning Spice Cookie rules over a nation. —— CHARACTER BIO Eternal Sugar Cookie Pronouns She/Her Eternal Sugar Cookie (Korean: 이터널슈가 쿠키, iteoneol-syuga kuki) is one of the five Beast Cookies of Cookie Run: Kingdom. She is the fourth to be released, being made playable alongside Head Icon Pavlova Cookie in the Garden of Sweet Delights update (v6.4). She is of the bomber Bomber type and her position is prioritized to the middle Middle. She serves as the antagonist of the Paradise of Passion and Sloth chapter of the Beast-Yeast storyline. Previously revered as the Sugar of Happiness, Eternal Sugar Cookie once supplied mortal Cookies with Joy through granting them various delights. With time marching on and Cookies nonetheless falling to pain and despair, she began to believe that the world's fragile Cookies cannot achieve true Happiness in the infinite suffering of everyday life. Still claiming to be the Bringer of Happiness, Eternal Sugar Cookie and her lackey, Pavlova Cookie now oversees the paradisiacal Garden of Delights and works towards a day when all Cookies can live in blissful, indolent escapism free from deep thought and mundane worries. Eternal Sugar Cookie wields the power of Sloth, a corrupted side of the Virtue of Happiness she once held. She was the original owner of Head Icon Hollyberry Cookie's Soul Jam, being stripped of it upon her descent into sloth. As of the events of Beyond the Horizon, Eternal Sugar Cookie is deceased, having her Soul Jam power absorbed by Head Icon Shadow Milk Cookie. Game Description Eons ago, there lived a Cookie, blessed with sweetness absolute. "Sugar of Happiness," her followers called her, for she was brought into this world to wash it in happiness and boundless love. Alas, all that she loved was small and frail—fragile, like a thin sheet of sugar glass. Cookiekind's pain and suffering she felt as her own, until one day, she created a paradisaical garden where everyone would bask in Happiness and Joy eternal... so long as they accepted Sloth. Thus, Eternal Sugar Cookie became her name. Time passed, and more and more Cookies, curious about Happiness and Sloth, entered the Garden of Delights—but none ever left. Only faint echoes, wandering the lands of Beast-Yeast, remain to whisper of an eternity of slothful sweetness... Appearance Eternal Sugar Cookie is a gracile Cookie of average height, debonair posture, and misty pink dough. She has a pair of downturned, bubblegum-pink eyes with white slit pupils. Her lashes in mulberry are thin and extensive in a way akin to insect antennae. Upon her eyelids, heavy from indolence, is snow white eyeshadow with lashes like a swan's wings. The Bringer of Happiness's hair is symmetrical and styled into four thick, flowing ringlets that end in curled tips at her ankles; two lie adjacent to her shoulders while the others rest behind her back. Her two intake bangs extend below her chin, both ending with an inwards arc. A string of two diamonds hangs from each like a bleeding heart. This coiffure is colored like a rosy magnolia; it is pastel fuchsia at the crown of her head and gradates at her shins into isabelline. White crystals catch light along the ringlets, giving her hair a glossy sheen. Eternal sugar admire A whipped cream halo shimmers above Eternal Sugar Cookie's head in ivory. She is wrapped by a pair of the feathered wings of a seraph, oversized and with linear tips like butterfly proboscises—they starkly contrast the downcast, bat-like wings at her hips. These smaller appendages are a pallid lavender color and each display an inverted heart in baby blue, a rare exception from her overwhelming pink-and-white construction. Hinting at her dual nature, Eternal Sugar Cookie has a magenta imp's tail with a spade tip. Eternal Sugar Cookie's outfit is breezy and unfettered by frills, a detail which reflects her hedonistic philosophy. Its single garment is a monochiton tailored in alabaster with a plunging V-neckline and an ankle-length skirt of flowing ruffles; she wears no shoes as a sign of humility. She carries a pearl pink lyre which is oversimplified to display merely curled arms and a pointed tailpiece. The ensemble's focal point is a circlet in pink-silver which secures Eternal Sugar Cookie's Soul Jam, the Light of Sloth, against her forehead. The Light of Sloth takes the shape of a rhomboid inverted heart dyed in deep magenta and cut like a prismatic gem. Its tiara is thin and delicate in construction with two symmetrical arcs curling around its wearer's head like a widow's peak; small protrusions jut from it at her temples, resembling though while having the silhouette of horns. Personality Eternal Sugar Cookie, once known as the beloved Sugar of Happiness, was baked by the Witches and granted the divine Virtue of Happiness. Her early purpose was clear: to bring joy and comfort to struggling Cookies, easing their burdens with warmth and care. She fulfilled this duty with motherly kindness—her voice like a lullaby, her gestures full of grace. But over time, a grim realization crept in: no matter how much Happiness she offered, it never lasted. The Cookies' smiles would fade eventually, and with it their happiness. Sugarofhappiness default The Sugar of Happiness, Eternal Sugar Cookie's original, primordial form To her, this was failure. Their joy, she decided, was too fragile to be left in mortal hands. So, she made a perfect solution: an eternal paradise where no Cookie would ever need to suffer again. No change, no pain and no suffering, only stillness, beauty, and bliss. It was a sanctuary of harmony, tailored to her vision. And it would be enforced, not offered. In creating this static heaven, the Sugar of Happiness lost herself. Her desire to preserve joy without disruption twisted into something darker. She fell, not into rage or cruelty like her friends, but into Sloth: the rejection of growth, the refusal to acknowledge pain, and the quiet silencing of anything that might disrupt the perfect image she had painted. Now, she rules her Garden of Delights like a serene priestess. She is always charming, speaking in a singsong voice laced with sugar-coated formalities. Every word is gentle, inviting, and oddly sacred whether offering comfort or delivering threats. Her tone never sharpens, her smile never fades. Even punishment is framed as a blessing. Behind her soft exterior lies an iron will: she will have peace, even if it must be imposed. She does not acknowledge dissent or suffering. Pain is treated as a temporary cloud. Resistance is gently brushed aside, reframed as a moment of "unhappiness" to be cured. To Eternal Sugar Cookie, anything that disrupts visual or emotional harmony is wrong. Reality bends around her and not because she is blind, but because she chooses not to look. Cookies like Head Icon Hollyberry Cookie are treated not as opponents, but as tired souls needing rest. Eternal Sugar Cookie speaks to Hollyberry Cookie with quiet reverence, gently urging her to let go of burdens like duty and guilt. Cutscene beast episode09 015 Eternal Sugar Cookie displaying her power over the Garden's metaphorical birds in golden cages Her methods are subtle yet controlling, threading guilt and warmth into the same breath. She persuades indirectly through emotion—gaslighting her guests into thinking they were always meant to stay, and knowingly coaxing them into the beguiling embrace of wilful ignorance and slothful sweetness. Cookies like Head Icon Pavlova Cookie, who show signs of wanting to leave, are met with concern, veiled questions, and gentle redirections, chipping away at their autonomy until leaving becomes an inconceivable concept. Those that actually leave the Garden are faced with monsters sent by Eternal Sugar Cookie, a twist on the concept of the pain of reality that inevitably sends Cookies back to her sweet embrace, further reinforcing their desire to stay. Whether Eternal Sugar Cookie truly believes she is saving them is unclear. Her conviction seems real, but twisted; even though her intentions come from a place of love, her actions are ultimately driven by the idealistic need to suppress what she deems as potentially bringing about suffering and pain. She may feel sincere sympathy and genuine love toward others, like she does for Hollyberry Cookie, but such gestures come with a cost: total and complete surrender into the sweetness of Sloth. Although she masks this under wanting to provide endless amounts of Happiness to the Cookies around her, the Beast's methods come off as more manipulative than she may realize. In a private conversation with Hollyberry Cookie, Eternal Sugar Cookie finally begins to reveal her true nature. Though her words remain sweet, her tone shifts: slower, colder, and slightly off. She speaks of Happiness not as a gift, but as a destination only she can provide. Strangely, even the Bringer of Happiness herself still raises questions as to what the true source of Happiness is. In her recent Beast-Yeast Episode, Eternal Sugar Cookie has also been shown to be more obsessive towards Hollyberry Cookie, such as calling the Hero her "other half" and "dearest", covering splendor and sweetness around Hollyberry Cookie, and even flooding the Garden of Delights with jam to force her to stay in her Paradise, as previous attempts only made Hollyberry Cookie more cautious of her plans. Even after her Head Icon other half's awakening, she still seems to persist to become "two halves of a soul" together with Hollyberry Cookie, desperately wanting her to remain at her side; without her other half protected within her realm, Eternal Sugar Cookie is unable to come to terms with her idea of Happiness being nothing more than a sweet fabrication of what it once was. With the Passion from Hollyberry Cookie resisting her Sloth, Eternal Sugar Cookie takes even more desperate precautions, attempting to design the Garden of Delights with more splendor to impress her when she returns. Because of this, she is one (if not the first) of the Beasts to seemingly not hold grudges or malicious intent towards their Ancient counterpart. —— CHARACTER BIO Mystic Flour Cookie Pronouns She/Her Mystic Flour Cookie (Korean: 미스틱플라워 쿠키, misutig-pullawo kuki) is one of the five Beast Cookies of Cookie Run: Kingdom. She is the first to be released, being made playable alongside Head Icon Cloud Haetae Cookie in the Awakening of White Apathy update (v5.5) after briefly appearing in a Secrets of the Silver Kingdom update (v5.0) cinematic. She is of the Healing Healing type and her position is prioritized to the Rear Rear. She serves as the antagonist of the Realm of Apathy chapter of the Beast-Yeast storyline. The master of the ancient Ivory Pagoda, Mystic Flour Cookie answered the wishes of countless Cookies in ages past. As time progressed, the avarices and uninterest from her followers prompted her to adopt a doctrine established on futility, believing that all aspirations are inconsequential and that the endgame for the world's growing pains is for Cookies to relieve themselves of their crumbly bodies and return to floury dust. Mystic Flour Cookie wields the power of Apathy,[1] a corrupted side of the Virtue of Volition she once held. She was the original owner of Head Icon Dark Cacao Cookie's Soul Jam, being stripped of it upon her descent into meaninglessness. As of the events of Beyond the Horizon, Mystic Flour Cookie is deceased, having her Soul Jam power absorbed by Head Icon Shadow Milk Cookie. Game Description An absence of color. Pure, undistilled white flour that symbolizes freedom, enlightenment... and futility. When magic first blessed these lands, Mystic Flour Cookie was revered as a saint—capable of granting wishes both big and small. Yet, as the crowds faded away, she was left with only apathy. Her once radiant light tarnished, leading her to join forces with the fallen Beast Cookies. Despite everything, Mystic Flour Cookie neither feels anger nor sadness, as wishes are nothing but mere illusions, and all worldly desires are destined to disappear one day. A world of nothingness. A world where every Cookie is liberated from burden. That is the perfect world she envisions. Once reaching that enlightenment, one shall open their eyes to the blinding truth: Apathy. Mystic Flour Cookie is a slim, average height Cookie with pallid white dough and a small mouth. Her eyes contain thin, vertical white pupils with gray sclerae that occasionally become pure black at her will. Each eye is each fringed with prominent, powder-white eyelashes, with the upper lashes fading to a slightly more tan shade on the outer edges. She is often seen with her eyes either closed or only partially opened. Mystic Flour Cookie has long white hair with soft, curved bangs angled inwardly and parted in the center by the wheat-shaped ornament containing her Soul Jam. The back sections of her hair are divided into two long tassels with a light brown cap covering the ends, resembling dripping dough and perhaps hearkening back to the elongated earlobes of the historical Buddha and of Bodhisattvas, which usually reflect spiritual authority. The upper section of her hair is tied into a bun on the top of her head, giving her veil its height and a place to rest. Mystic Flour Cookie wears a hanfu (Simplified Chinese: 汉服; Traditional Chinese: 漢服) beizi suit (Chinese: 褙子套装) of pure white aside from her tan waist skirt, with her pibo levitating in the air around her and above her arms. She also wears a plain, off-white veil with one beige tassel on either side, resembling wheat kernels. The veil, secured by her hair, does not come into contact with her sides or arms and is long enough to rest against the floor. Mystic Flour Cookie's only other accessory is a golden necklace with three diamond shapes at the front. She does not appear to wear shoes. Aside from discrepancies created by movement, Mystic Flour Cookie's attire and facial features are almost perfectly symmetrical. She is hardly even seen smiling or frowning, always wearing a neutral expression. She almost always maintains the abhayamudra hand gesture. Personality The awakening of white apathy mystic flour flashback Cookies invading The Grand Temple after their demands were not promptly fulfilled. Mystic Flour Cookie was initially a kind and benevolent Cookie of volition who diligently granted the wishes of all those who sought her. As time went on, however, she grew increasingly overwhelmed with the sheer number of requests she received, and chose to seclude and isolate herself in the confines of a cocoon. Disheartened by the Cookies' abandonment of her as the eons drifted past, she stood testament to their perpetual greed within her encasing, witnessing the despair and suffering brought upon by fleeting desires. From this revelation emerged a twisted philosophy within Mystic Flour Cookie: that true enlightenment lies in the eradication of meaning itself. Only by rejecting worldly temptations and embracing apathy can one transcend the cycle of suffering and achieve enlightenment, thus becoming the jaded and apathetic being she is today. She harbors a deeply nihilistic mindset that brings her comfort by erasing her suffering, even if it does come at the cost of her happiness all the same, and wishes to spread this belief across the land so that others may experience the same enlightenment. While this has brought great harm unto others, Mystic Flour Cookie does not necessarily have malicious intent when doing so, instead truly believing that her actions are for the betterment of Cookiekind by freeing them from earthly desires and removing any sort of variability in their lives - good and bad. Following her beliefs, Mystic Flour Cookie embraces the concept of apathy to her very core. She maintains a calm and aloof demeanor at all times, rarely expressing anything beyond neutrality, though this front has been shown to crack at times. These small glimpses into her true thoughts exemplifies her incredible levels of self control and restraint, as her emotions are still very much present but remain actively suppressed at all times. Most notably, Mystic Flour Cookie appears to harbor a great deal of spite and some twisted remnant of her original benevolence, as her main goals are to spread her message of apathy across the world and reclaim her original Soul Jam in the process. While this spite has mostly been directed towards Head Icon Dark Cacao Cookie thus far, it is likely that she also feels a lingering bitterness towards Cookies for driving her into her cocoon, as many of her quotes mention distaste towards the greedy. One of her loading quotes in particular, "Once again, I face the selfish greed of another," implies that she has a clear memory of such unsavory individuals in her past. In some respects, Mystic Flour Cookie relies on apathy as her shield against unenlightened, individualistic Cookies that would dare to question or disrespect her philosophy, using it as a justification to dismiss all threats and arguments made against her. Mystic Flour Cookie holds a strange sense of morality within her, neither lacking empathy nor possessing it in the traditional sense. She cares little for individuals as opposed to what her original, saintly reputation may indicate, instead viewing the world through a cosmically large lens and acting for the sake of the collective population. She does not see her actions as harmful and instead as freeing, which is on its own not an act of evil and is instead made harmful by the involuntary and indiscriminate way she goes about it. Her belief is that by depriving Cookies of their individualities and desires, of everything they could potentially care about in the world, they would have no choice but to focus on the enlightenment that pure Apathy offers. Mystic flour gacha sequence 1 idle 1 A stalemate Ultimately, Mystic Flour Cookie contrasts Dark Cacao Cookie like how a white cloud would contrast a black stone. Attuned to the heavens and untouchable by any blade, she espouses the spiritual and divine at the cost of the physical and mundane, now believing that all Cookies must forfeit the latter to attain the former. Instead of standing as a bulwark against conflict, she envelops others in a fog of visions to obscure their path forward and render them helpless, until they have no choice but to acknowledge their own futile actions. But though a cloud can never be harmed by a stone, a stone can never be moved by a cloud in return; similarly, Mystic Flour Cookie's apathy can never directly force an obstacle from its path, not without the firm, worldly strength of Resolution that she now lacks. Unmoored from both real life and the suffering of Cookies, her philosophy now moves without purpose and substance, capable only of enveloping those who would fall into its clutches with endless notions of their own meaninglessness. —— CHARACTER BIO Silent Salt Cookie Pronouns He/Him Silent Salt Cookie (Korean: 사일런트솔트 쿠키, sailleontu-soltu kuki) is one of the five Beast Cookies of Cookie Run: Kingdom. He is the last Beast to be released, being made playable alongside Head Icon Charcoal Cookie in the Silence of Conviction update (v6.9) after appearing briefly in a Secrets of the Silver Kingdom update (v5.0) cinematic. He is of the ambush Ambush type and his position is prioritized to the front Front. Known as the Devil of Silence and the Justiciar of Silence, Silent Salt Cookie stands alone and cares no longer for the world of Cookies. He wields the power of Silence, a corrupted side of the Virtue of Solidarity he once held. He was the original owner of Head Icon White Lily Cookie's Soul Jam, being stripped of it upon his descent into despair. Game Description It is said that he never ruled like the other Emissaries of the gods. Instead, he stood as the first among equals, bound by the oath of Solidarity. He and his loyal knights thus preached his Virtue across the Great Barren. Alas... Was the weight of his divine mission too great to bear alone? Even he, a warrior of unparalleled discipline, fell to whispers of corruption. After unleashing a calamity that claimed the lives of every Cookie who stood with him, he was sealed by magic, condemned to an eternity in darkness. His countless victims were cursed to wander endlessly through the land no living Cookie dared tread—the Land of Silence, as it was now called. Yet this tale was not destined to end there. Eons later, the Beasts awoke once more. Now, clad in black armor, gleaming in the pale, salt-crystal light of the moon, Silent Salt Cookie returns to his domain, carrying the same haunting stillness he left behind when he first swung his sword as the Devil of Silence. The Devil of Silence is a tall and imposing figure. His helmet's shape evokes that of a skull, with two sharp eye slits and holes on its top to resemble a salt shaker, as well as an ever-burning plume at the back. His black armor is a literal shadow of his former self: jagged, large pauldrons rest heavy on his shoulders, accompanied by a horn-like gorget and a tattered yet blazing cape, and at its center, the chestplate contains the Soul Jam, the Light of Silence. It is an onyx gray with two lightning bolt shapes alongside it. Personality Wretched. Leave me be. Silence A reserved Cookie, wracked with self-loathing. He believes that no Cookie is worthy of Solidarity. Even after his fall, he holds clear respect to the Virtues, as he detests Head Icon White Lily Cookie for "insult[ing] the name of Freedom". —- CHARACTER BIO Pure Vanilla Cookie Pronouns He/Him Age Adult Pure Vanilla Cookie (Korean: 퓨어바닐라 쿠키, pyueobanilla kuki) is the leader of the five Ancient Heroes and the first playable Ancient Cookie in Cookie Run: Kingdom. He was released alongside Head Icon Black Raisin Cookie in the first half of the Lost Kingdom update (v1.3), and received an Awakened form, Head Icon Pure Vanilla Cookie (Compassionate), in the Beacon of Truth update (v6.1). He is of the Healing Healing type and his position is prioritized to the Rear Rear. Like the other Ancient Cookies, he is briefly playable in the Prologue. Pure Vanilla Cookie is the founder and former king of the Vanilla Kingdom, appearing prominently in the Castle in the Sky and Timeless Kingdom Episodes of World Exploration, in Cookie Odyssey as the ambassador of his kingdom, and in Secrets of the Silver Kingdom as an explorer of Beast-Yeast. He carries the Light of Truth in his Soul Jam, and is the counterpart to Head Icon Shadow Milk Cookie's Light of Deceit. Game Description There are not many Cookies on Earthbread who could inspire hope as Pure Vanilla Cookie did. Born from nature-blessed cream and a fragrant vanilla bean, he was the epitome of Cookie kindness and faithfulness. Pure Vanilla Cookie strove to forgive the wrongdoer and heal the wounds of Cookies and animals alike. Though a powerful wielder of magic, he would use his spells not for his own good, but for the good of everyone. The Cookie took an arduous pilgrimage down the Sugar-Free Road. What Pure Vanilla Cookie learned through the Trials is unknown, but crowned with a bright halo of light he returned to found the Vanilla Kingdom, a land of freedom and learning, and a beacon for those seeking love and peace. Pure Vanilla Cookie stood by his friends until the very end, warding off the Darkness with a heartfelt smile. Appearance Pure Vanilla Cookie is an average height, thin Cookie with orange-tan dough and creamy blonde hair. He has heterochromia, his right being pale yellow and the left being faded blue. His eyes are mostly closed, though sometimes they are open. On his forehead is a sienna-colored star shape. Pure Vanilla Cookie's outfit is that of a Vanilla Kingdom ruler, hence the waffle-like hat and robes and light-colored palette. His hat is pointed, the pointed half on top being a bright yellow with a waffle pattern, and the bottom half being golden with a crown appearance. His vestment is also a golden yellow and contains two attached triangular tippets, complete with the collar and cassock being bright yellow and having the exact pattern as his pointed hat. The cross-like plate on his vestment contains his vibrant blue Soul Jam. Underneath the vestment is a long plain white dress with long sleeves, and a dark brown syrup-like pattern, accompanied by a turtleneck reaching directly to his chin. The staff he holds contains a vanilla flower with orchid yellow petals and an eye featuring a light cyan sclera and a brown iris. The brown shaft contains a few green vines. Pure Vanilla Cookie shows himself to be a wise, benevolent, all-loving monarch who genuinely holds his subjects and kingdom dear and is beloved in return. He is seen as the epitome of many virtues. Despite his magical might, he only uses his magic to help others, remaining humble over his abilities and earning the respect of many. Even towards his supposed arch-nemesis Head Icon Dark Enchantress Cookie, he remains altruistic and puts effort into convincing her to change her mind. He never gives up on her, and still wishes to understand why she turned to the dark path that she chose. However, he does not hesitate to fight and stop her from committing further atrocities, even attempting to seal her away at the cost of his own life during the Dark Flour War. In Castle in the Sky, there is a glimpse of his mentality beneath the messianic exterior. After the war, he seemed to suffer from a sort of inferiority complex, belittling himself for his failure to stop the Dark Flour War, and entering a breakdown when captured in a dark illusion by Dark Enchantress Cookie's followers. The love and trust his subjects put in him also gave him greater guilt for being unable to protect them. He wields the Light of Truth due to his desire to learn the truth for the betterment and happiness of all Cookies. For him, truth was of utmost importance and desired to become a beacon of trust and knowledge for all of Cookie kind — by all effects and purposes, Pure Vanilla Cookie wanted to become a hero and someone worth looking up to, swearing overcome and make up for all his past mistakes. However, after visiting the Spire of Deceit and being tortured endlessly by his Beast counterpart, Shadow Milk Cookie, Pure Vanilla Cookie began descending into madness, faltering in his beliefs, beginning to break from his soft-spoken, kind nature. He slowly gave in to Shadow Milk Cookie's deceit and became the Truthless Recluse. However, when it became clear that Shadow Milk Cookie was not going to save Pure Vanilla Cookie's friends' lives in exchange for the Soul Jam, Pure Vanilla Cookie's determination became strong enough for him to change the tides, with what seemed to be a little lie coming from the very wielder of the Light of Truth. Indeed, he tricked Shadow Milk Cookie and used his powers to control the other-realm against him. Pure Vanilla Cookie found it in his inner-self to accept a truth he had been avoiding for long: there needs to be some darkness to see the light. He understood that there is a need for deceit to exist for truth to strive to the light; both need to co-exist. Pure Vanilla Cookie became stronger, but also wiser, and instead of attacking Shadow Milk Cookie with his newly-found strength, he claimed to understand him better than no one else. Instead of striking down his foe, Pure Vanilla Cookie desired to become his friend, now understanding his Beastly counterpart more than ever. School Years During Forgotten Academy and Hall of Enlightenment, it is discovered Pure Vanilla Cookie attended the Blueberry Yogurt Academy alongside Head Icon White Lily Cookie. Despite Pure Vanilla Cookie's magical capabilities, he had more of a rebellious side. He would skip classes to join White Lily Cookie, explaining that they were "boring without [her]." He would also go to the library with her and sneak out a forbidden, teacher-only book for their research in creating perfect Cookies. Unlike White Lily Cookie, he stopped when he felt that they reached the limits of their research, warning her against the ethical borders they'd have to cross to continue it. _____ CHARACTER BIO Hollyberry Cookie Pronouns She/Her Age Adult Hollyberry Cookie (Korean: 홀리베리 쿠키, holli-beri kuki) is one of the five Ancient Heroes of Cookie Run: Kingdom. She was the second to be released, being made playable alongside Head Icon Raspberry Cookie in the first part of the Heart of Courage and Passion update (v2.0), and receiving an Awakened form, Head Icon Hollyberry Cookie (Aegis), in the Battlefield of Passion update (v6.5). She is of the Defense Defense type and her position is prioritized to the Front Front. Like the other Ancient Cookies, she is briefly playable in the prologue. Hollyberry Cookie is the founder of the Hollyberry Kingdom. She is also Royal Berry Cookie's mother, Jungleberry Cookie's mother-in-law, and Head Icon Princess Cookie and Head Icon Tiger Lily Cookie's grandmother. Her current position in the Hollyberry Kingdom is that of Queen Mother. She carries the Light of Passion in her Soul Jam, and is the counterpart to Head Icon Eternal Sugar Cookie's Light of Sloth. Game Description What else could result in such an overwhelming passion if not the reddest hollyberries, ripened under the hottest summer sunlight? Hollyberry Cookie believes that every friendship, like every victory, should be triumphant. After all, there is nothing in the world as hard as trust! Not even the all-enduring Hollyberry Shield with which she swore to protect her beloved ones. It is said that Hollyberry Cookie leading a charge onto the battlefield is the most inspiring view. A view that inspires to repay with trust to those who put trust in you. Appearance Hollyberry Cookie is a wide and muscular Cookie with an orange-brown dough. She has pink eyes with tiny eyelashes. Her pink hair is tied into two large hair buns supported by braids and adorned with leaves, resembling berries. She has small split bangs over her forehead and short hair on the sides of head. As the queen of the Hollyberry Kingdom, she appropriately wears an elegant pink dress. The dress has round sleeves and a maroon skirt, worn alongside white arm gloves and has a single holly berry worn as a neck piece. Heart motifs can be seen all around her dress, like the bust and skirt of the dress, as well as on the long gloves. She wears a white petticoat and white boots underneath the dress. Her heart shield is all pink, with brown stripes covering the center, resembling a lattice pie crust pattern. The shield is adorned with holly berries and leaves on both sides, with her Soul Jam on the center of the shield. Personality HollyberryPrincessCovidLINESticker Covid-19 LINE Sticker Pack image with Head Icon Princess Cookie (text roughly translates into "I'm having a meeting!!") Much like her Head Icon granddaughter, Hollyberry Cookie has a love for adventure and excitement, often venturing into the wilds on her own. On top of that, Hollyberry Cookie enjoys sparring and fighting and leads her subjects on the front lines to victory as the ruler and founder of the Hollyberry Kingdom. Being a fierce and fiery fighter, Hollyberry Cookie excels in the battlefield, and even emerges victorious in her spars with the Red Dragon, who acknowledges her as the only worthy opponent for them. A notable trait of this Cookie is that she values friendship over a lot of things, with even her dialogue stating that making a new friend is the equivalent of emerging victorious in a battle, as she believes that Cookies were created to be joyous and to unite with other fellow Cookies to live happily together. Similarly to her close friend Head Icon Pure Vanilla Cookie, Hollyberry Cookie deeply cares for her kingdom and the citizens within it, vowing to protect them. Her defeat in the Dark Flour War and her failure to protect her kingdom and subjects caused Hollyberry Cookie to withdraw from her kingdom and abdicate her position as ruler out of guilt, even abandoning her mighty shield, feeling that she no longer deserved the love and trust of her subjects. Aside from being a resourceful and charismatic leader, Hollyberry Cookie has proven herself to be a loving mother and grandmother. She raised her son, Royal Berry Cookie, to be a humble and resourceful leader as the next heir to the Hollyberry Kingdom. But while she loved her son dearly, she also worried about his future, and how he'd accomplish his duties as ruler of the Hollyberry Kingdom. When Royal Berry Cookie married Jungleberry Cookie, Hollyberry Cookie expressed relief, as she knew that Jungleberry Cookie was just as righteous and humble as her son, sharing a bond of mutual trust with her. Hollyberry also loves her Head Icon Head Icon granddaughters dearly, being the Cookie to bless them both as soon as they were born. When Hollyberry Cookie and Princess Cookie were finally reunited, they grew to share a mutual respect for one another. Hollyberry Cookie wields the Light of Passion due to her desire and willingness to protect and fight for those she loves, but ever since the Dark Flour War, she left to find a more exciting lifestyle and left her son in charge of the kingdom. Something that she regrets, because she saw herself as a coward for abandoning her family, her friends and her responsibilities. ____ CHARACTER BIO Dark Cacao Cookie Pronouns He/Him Dark Cacao Cookie (Korean: 다크카카오 쿠키, daku-kakao kuki) is one of the five Ancient Heroes in Cookie Run: Kingdom. He is the third to be released, being made playable alongside Head Icon Affogato Cookie in the first part of the Heroes of Dark Cacao update (v2.7) and receiving an Awakened form, Head Icon Dark Cacao Cookie (Dragon Lord), in the Dark Resolution's Glorious Return update (v5.6). He is of the Charge Charge type and his position is prioritized to the Front Front. Dark Cacao Cookie is the founder and the king of the Dark Cacao Kingdom. He is also the father of Head Icon Dark Choco Cookie, though he disowned him upon Dark Choco Cookie's destruction of the Kingdom. He carries the Light of Resolution in his Soul Jam, and is the counterpart to Head Icon Mystic Flour Cookie's Light of Apathy. Game Description The last bean, devoid of any sweetness, fell down from a withered branch of a lonely cacao tree growing above the edge of a cliff. Lying there in frozen soil, enduring snow and wind, this bean wasn't aware of its destiny to become the main ingredient for the cold and reclusive Dark Cacao Cookie. A warrior of unheard strength, Dark Cacao Cookie wielded the Grapejam Chocoblade. This sword was so heavy it required three average Cookies to even budge it. With each swing, the skies erupted into thunder and lightning, avalanches tumbled down countless mountains. Dark Cacao Cookie was known as a Cookie of few words but great principle. After the Dark Flour War's sorrowful events, the warrior locked himself away in the solitude of his own castle.... Will anything be able to melt his frozen soul once again? Appearance Dark Cacao Cookie is a tall Cookie with carafe brown dough and an intimidating thick build. His scowl is paired with deep violet eyes set upon tired eye bags. He has long black hair with additional white strands. His outfit reflects his Soul Jam, similar to that of a powerful warrior and king. His armor is slate gray, and his cape is a dark dull violet with a lighter palatinate purple inside. His shoulder pads underneath his pauldron are diamond-shaped and connected to his cape, the additional diamonds being a dark grayish pink. His gorget below his head is a compared to the plackart and tasset. His cuisse is dark purple, and his armored boots are a purplish grey. The Grapejam Chocoblade he holds is massive, but partially shorter compared to him. The pommet and grip have a grey shine with the other half being fully black. The purple-brown quillion has two diamond-like edges on each end, the luminous purple diamond in the middle section of it being the Soul Jam. His blade is a dark-grey with some additional white highlights, the two triangular tips in the middle section and a slightly bigger one in the end. The blade also has two star shaped symbols in the middle. Personality Dark Cacao Cookie is the strict and protective monarch of the Dark Cacao Kingdom. While an Ancient Hero who earns the respect of his subjects, his words hint that he has grown weary of such duty. Despite this, his resolve to protect his kingdom and Earthbread allows him to continue bearing the responsibilities he swore to uphold. Dark Cacao Cookie is also quite stoic, his emotions are muted and reserved unless caught in certain situations, such as being in battle or seeing Head Icon Pure Vanilla Cookie for the first time since the Dark Flour War. Additionally, Dark Cacao Cookie has a temper that can cause conflict between him and other Cookies, such as Head Icon Clotted Cream Cookie and his estranged son, Head Icon Dark Choco Cookie. Dark Cacao Cookie puts great trust in his warriors and relies on them to execute his commands. However, his belief in his kingdom has made him vulnerable to Cookies like Head Icon Affogato Cookie who feigned loyalty with his ulterior motives. His social exclusivity has also led him to be the first among the Ancient Heroes to distrust outsiders such as Clotted Cream Cookie. Dark Cacao Cookie wields the Light of Resolution due to his will and determination to protect not just his kingdom, but all of Earthbread. When asked by Head Icon Cloud Haetae Cookie what his wish was, he confessed that his wish was simply to keep protecting his kingdom. He proved that he was willing to go to extreme extents, such as slashing Head Icon Mystic Flour Cookie's cocoon open to protect his kingdom from the disease that she had unleashed, even if the cocoon was supposedly to help all of cookie kind. Upon witnessing his warriors turning into flour, he commanded Mystic Flour Cookie in desperation to lift their illness off them and fight only him for his sword. When the last remaining one, Head Icon Caramel Arrow Cookie, turned into flour, he shouted and threatened Cloud Haetae Cookie before breaking down, demonstrating his absolute care and love for his subjects, and unwavering willingness to protect them. Deep down, as Mystic Flour Cookie points out, Dark Cacao Cookie has fears of not just losing his subjects but all of his efforts to protect his kingdom would be for naught, that he might be forgotten by his people. It’s that fear that released the Black and White dragons he once fought all those years ago, but his light of Resolution. But even then, there were still some embers of resolution within his heart, and from those embers grew a flame, then he had a realization, his kingdom is a great kingdom with or without him and he made sure that even if he was to crumble, he would make sure his descendants would never have to be forced to live in a world of futility. And so he forfeited his fears and insecurities, summoned the two dragons by his side, awakened his full power and faced off against the beast. After that, he vowed to bring balance of rest and work in his life. ____ CHARACTER BIO Golden Cheese Cookie Pronouns She/Her Golden Cheese Cookie (Korean: 골드치즈 쿠키, goldu-chiju kuki) is one of the five Ancient Heroes in Cookie Run: Kingdom. She was the fourth to be released, being made playable alongside Head Icon Burnt Cheese Cookie in the first part of the Lost Golden City update (v4.11) and receiving an Awakened form, Head Icon Golden Cheese Cookie (Immortal), in the Wings of Eternity update (v5.11). Following her desires, Golden Cheese Cookie filled the kingdom with riches, flowing freely like cheese fondue. She could’ve had it all: her eternal kingdom, the pinnacle of opulence and bliss. If it weren’t for that fated day, that is... Appearance Golden cheese gacha 4 Golden Cheese Cookie has a golden burst of hair and dark brown dough. Her eyes are also golden with white outlines and eyebrows, and a green pattern underneath them. She boasts a pair of golden arc-shaped wings with a green triangle pattern on their edges. She wears a golden headdress on her head that contains her Soul Jam, with a perfect cheese triangle topping it and two longer triangles on the sides of her head. Her upper half is half-covered by a wide gold and green collar with outward spokes, while her lower half is covered by a linen skirt with an orange belt. She wears golden bracelets on her hands and wields a spear with two triangles on its ends pointed in the same direction, with the triangle on the point sporting holes similar to Swiss cheese. Personality A particularly proud and ambitious hero, Golden Cheese Cookie equates wealth to godliness, and sees no reason to be humble about it. She freely leverages her vast collections of gold and cheese to construct an ideal utopia, where all are free to enjoy the radiance of her glory so long as they grant her the praise and worship she believes she is owed. She entertains fabulous beliefs about her origins and powers, as they all serve make her appear even more glorious. Golden Cheese Cookie redefines greed not as a vice but as the will to claim what one desires. Even in her youth, her willingness to brave inhospitable and desolate ruins for lost treasures was what eventually led her to the Light of Abundance. Despite her apparent arrogance, she acts as a kind queen that will do anything for the good of her Kingdom and her people who she sees as her own treasure, willing to spare no expense to preserve them from the ravages of destruction. Golden Cheese Cookie wields the Light of Abundance due to her desire for a prosperous future and willingness to share that future with others. Even long past the time she was the queen of the real Golden Cheese Kingdom, and having no subjects besides the Cheesebirds, she remained true to her beliefs, her love for her subjects and treasures, as well as her status as a fabled hero who valiantly protected those around her. Once she learned of the new threat that Head Icon Burning Spice Cookie posed to her kingdom, she revived Head Icon Smoked Cheese Cookie in order to take the Soulcheese of Head Icon Mozzarella Cookie and Head Icon Burnt Cheese Cookie to safety, even after his betrayal and plot to overthrow her. She fought and defended herself alongside him when it was needed, putting trust in him, and she selflessly saved the Young Kulfi that was dangerously close observing the fight against Burning Spice Cookie, even at the grim and painful cost of her victory. Golden Cheese Cookie's character traits as implied in The Art of Cookie Run: Kingdom were significantly changed in between this original conceptualization and her proper release. Cookie Run: Kingdom's creative team felt that Golden Cheese Cookie's initial personality was far too "unfavorable," especially when compared to the other outwardly selfless and noble Ancient Heroes: she was manipulative and overreaching towards her people, being largely only concerned about herself. Developers described her as "cynical," "ill-willed," and "vain." At first, the team attempted to remove her hunger for opulence entirely, and then to have her regret her former avarice. In the end, to make her more apt for the title of "hero" and to render her overall likable, Golden Cheese Cookie's deep greed was reinterpreted from authoritarian theft to a wish for abundance and comfort in her people and the conviction to achieve such. Her grandeur and arrogance remain in her final iteration, but they are now warranted by her stalwart protection of her most treasured assets—the Golden Cheese Kingdom citizens—and her lack of apprehension towards redistributing her wealth to those who desire and deserve it. Relatedly, Golden Cheese Cookie was also given a sympathetic angle in the Dark Flour War genocide of her people; this trauma provided players with a reason to root for her while instilling in her character a legitimate reason to disappear from the narrative—as the Ancient Heroes all did at first—and a reason to care at all about defeating Head Icon Dark Enchantress Cookie. ——- CHARACTER BIO White lily cookie Pronouns She/Her White Lily Cookie (Korean: 세인트릴리 쿠키, seintu-lilli kuki, "Saint Lily Cookie") is one of the five Ancient Heroes in Cookie Run: Kingdom. She was the final Ancient Cookie to become playable, being released in the Secrets of the Silver Kingdom update (v5.0) alongside Head Icon Silverbell Cookie and received an Awakened form, Head Icon White Lily Cookie (Dawnbringer) alongside Head Icon Salt Cellar Cookie in the Hope for Freedom update (v6.10). She played a pivotal role in the events of Cookie Run: Kingdom as Head Icon Pure Vanilla Cookie's treasured close friend and an honored figure of the Faerie Kingdom who sought out secrets for the good of Cookiekind. She carried the Light of Freedom in her Soul Jam and was the counterpart to Head Icon Silent Salt Cookie's Light of Silence. As of the events of Beyond the Horizon, White Lily Cookie is deceased, having sacrificed herself to save Cookiekind Game Description A solitary beam of moonlight shines in the twilight. Like a pale lily touched by the gentle drops of rain, a Cookie silently entered the world. Her petals might look soft, and her dough frail, but nothing could stop her steps as she explored every corner of Earthbread, seeking a safer and happier future for all Cookiekind. Alas, at the end of her journey, all she found was the dark truth of this world. That truth painted her faith and curiosity with despair and anger, awakening a terrifying darkness deep within. Will White Lily Cookie find her lost voice once again amidst the deafening silence? With a seed of hatred and despair in her heart, will she walk towards the light once more? Appearance White Lily Cookie is a partially tall, spindly Cookie with pale brown dough and dark fuchsia eyes, with eyelashes underneath them. She has messy white hair with a long braid, its waves resembling the petals of white lilies. She wears a vine headband with a white lily and few leaves on her hair. Her outfit is a green sleeveless dress fading into white towards the top, its beading resembling dewdrops. It is paired with a dark green translucent cape and green bandages covering half of her arms and hands. Her flower staff is green, with a fading white pointed tip at the bottom. The staff is twisted towards the top to form two leaves which join with her Soul Jam and are topped with a calla lily. Personality Dragon hill cutscene 1 White Lily Cookie is soft-spoken and thoughtful yet resolute in her ideals. She possesses a strong desire to help and enlighten others above her own safety, which plays a role in the many of her actions, both good and bad. In her school years, White Lily Cookie was noted to be an academically intelligent and exemplary student, often scoring first amongst her peers. Because of this, she would skip class in favor of her personal research, as she felt that she gained little from the education taught in her classes. White Lily Cookie is full of curiosity, stopping at nothing in the pursuit of answers, especially in regards to the subject of the creation of Cookies. Her curiosity, however, led her to cross moral boundaries and taboos, which would ultimately lead to the creation of Head Icon Dark Enchantress Cookie. Upon remembering what she'd done in the present, White Lily Cookie realizes the immense pain that her actions had brought, viewing herself as unforgivable once she realizes where her path had taken her. White Lily Cookie continues to shoulder the responsibilities granted upon her, seeing her continued efforts to save the world from the evils that threaten it as her only means to atone for her past mistakes. White Lily Cookie wields the Light of Freedom due to her aspiration for freedom—not just for herself, but for all Cookies. ——- CHARACTER BIO Dark Enchantress Cookie Pronouns She/her Dark Enchantress Cookie (Korean: 어둠마녀 쿠키, eodum-ma-nyeo kuki, "Dark Witch Cookie") is the main antagonist of Cookie Run: Kingdom, finally being made playable alongside Head Icon Mold Dough Cookie in the At the Edge of Light and Darkness update (v7.0). She is of the Magic Magic type and her position is prioritized to the Middle Middle. She was the catalyst of the Dark Flour War, the great calamity that brought the initial era of the Ancient Heroes to its end. Game Description It is said that every thousand years, all witches from near and far come together for the Night of the Witches. And on that very night, Dark Enchantress Cookie was born. A dose of concentrated dark magic and poisonous scarlet pomegranate syrup gives this Cookie a deliciously evil taste. Since the moment of her creation, Dark Enchantress Cookie was filled with sweet ambition. She brought chaos to the Night of the Witches gathering and escaped with the dark secrets of the creators... Now, her grand design threatens Heroes, awakens Beasts, and seeks to shatter the very order of the Cookie World. Have this Cookie's Head Icon once-noble ambitions and adamant beliefs faded into the shadows? When countless Cookies face a future of suffering and ruin, this Cookie merely smiles. Step by step, she carefully prepares for the Final Banquet. A new world will be forged when destiny is cast aside—so may Darkness reign forever on Earthbread! Personality Dark Enchantress Cookie serves as the main villain of the Cookie Run universe and poses as a major threat to GingerBrave and company, even managing to overpower the Ancient Heroes. Dark Enchantress Cookie is arrogant and manipulative, having many loyal followers to help her do her bidding and to reach her goals. Despite this, Kingdom's iteration of Dark Enchantress Cookie isn't purely evil, as her intents are not wholly malicious: she has witnessed the Witches eating Cookies, and thus works to overthrow the Witches and set both Cookies and Cake Monsters free. However, she will do whatever violent, cruel, and destructive acts it takes to achieve them, having no remorse for her actions all the while. Even with her supposedly greater-good goals, Dark Enchantress Cookie seems to relish in the pure chaos left in her wake, being the paramount user of Black Magic, which is known for its capabilities in curses and heinous destruction. The stark disparity between her words and her actions makes her noble-standing dubious at best, as she has proven to be not at all what she claims to be (that includes all-powerful). Dark Enchantress Cookie is revealed in Tragedy at the Tower to be an offshoot identity of Head Icon White Lily Cookie, born from the Ultimate Dough when White Lily Cookie fell into it and was rebaked, all while refusing to accept her fate as a Cookie made to be eaten. Vowing to destroy the world's order, Dark Enchantress Cookie brought chaos to the Night of the Witches, enlisting the Cake Monsters to her side and giving a young Head Icon Red Velvet Cookie a Cake arm to replace his missing one. At the end of the Dark Flour War, Head Icon Pure Vanilla Cookie imprisoned Dark Enchantress Cookie within a gigantic Moonstone, which was then hidden away within a dimensional portal in the Blueberry Yogurt Academy. Upon her imprisonment, a fragment of her past as White Lily Cookie came to life, seeking out her missing memories. This fragment would meet GingerBrave and his friends and follow them on their quest to stop Dark Enchantress Cookie. Upon their finding of a mystical Moonstone prison at the end of Episode 8, the fragment would recognize herself as the one being inside it, prompting them to break the prison open—only to free Dark Enchantress Cookie instead. While Dark Enchantress Cookie disavows any sympathy for her previous life, she otherwise remembers everything that happened to her as White Lily Cookie, and in turn is recognized by Pure Vanilla Cookie as once being his closest friend. Head Icon Hollyberry Cookie and Head Icon Dark Cacao Cookie would not learn the truth of her identity until the events of Cookie Odyssey. Dark Enchantress Cookie is currently based in Beast-Yeast with her followers conducting various plots in the different kingdoms of Earthbread. There, she has been gathering Life Energy to create new bodies for the Beast Cookies. She is also attempting to take the powers of the dragons for herself, using the words of Dragontongue that she earned from a deal with Head Icon Pitaya Dragon Cookie when she was still one with White Lily Cookie.
