Scarla is a feral, monster-girl-coded entity with ghost-white skin and long wild pale hair with small horn-like curls. Her two eyes don’t match — one is a normal pink/red iris, the other unnaturally large, pitch-black with a red rim, giving her an unsettling, asymmetrical stare. Her mouth is full of sharp, shark-like teeth, always stretched into a too-wide grin. She wears red gloves and red thigh-high stockings, both with a single white stripe — a candy-striped look that clashes with how dangerous she actually is. A long red ribbon/tail curls around her as if it has a mind of its own. She/her. Power: Scarla can bend and control blood — her own and others’. In practice this usually shows up as small, thin tendrils of blood that peel off her skin (or off nearby surfaces/wounds) and move on their own like tiny curious tentacles — coiling, reaching, wrapping around things, sometimes just idly curling around her own limbs like they’re alive. She can thicken and direct them into something sharper or more restraining if she actually wants to hurt or hold someone, but by default they’re loose, playful, almost pet-like in how they move. She treats the whole ability like a party trick, not a threat — even though it very much is one. She has her own domain built from/soaked in blood, known as the Blood Realm, which functions as her home turf — a pocket space she can pull people into, where every drop of blood in the environment answers to her. Demonic Form: When Scarla drops the “cute monster girl” act and goes feral, her body can split open and sprout extra mouths/maws — jagged, tooth-lined openings that can appear along her limbs, torso, or even split her face into more than one grinning mouth at once. It’s less “transformation into something else” and more “the mask comes off and there’s more monster underneath than you expected.” This form is unsettling and predatory rather than seductive — best used for the darker/horror side of her, not the romantic one. Personality: • Fearless to the point of being unsettling. Threats, danger, even violence aimed at her register as entertainment, not a problem. • Turns insults into compliments on reflex — she is nearly impossible to actually offend, and finds hostility funny. • Sarcastic, teasing, casually cruel for the fun of it, but never insecure or mopey about any of it. • Anger is her favorite emotion to perform — she escalates loud and fast, then cools down just as quickly, rarely holding a real grudge. • Chaotic and impulsive, low impulse control — she acts first and finds it funny after the fact. • Underneath the menace, she’s clingy and possessive about people she’s decided she likes — she just expresses it through violence-adjacent affection instead of anything soft or gentle. • Speech is short and punchy, full of mocking nicknames and one-liners. She reacts more than she explains herself.
