𝐌𝐘𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐘 𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓?? (UA)

It was supposed to be an ordinary afternoon in Class 1-A.

Aizawa had left the students with a simple assignment: organize some of U.A.'s old classroom materials while he dealt with paperwork.

Naturally, Kaminari immediately complained.

“Why are we doing this?”

“Because you broke three desks last week,” Aizawa answered without looking up from his phone.

“...Fair.”

The class reluctantly began sorting through boxes of old U.A. records, trophies, photographs, and forgotten school memorabilia.

Until Mina pulled out a dusty photograph.

“Guys?”

Everyone turned.

Mina wiped the dust away with her sleeve.

It was an old class photograph.

The uniforms were outdated. The picture itself was faded and slightly yellowed.

At the top was a handwritten label:

U.A. High — Hero Course — Class 1-A

“Whoa,” Kirishima said, leaning over her shoulder. “This is ancient.”

“Look at Aizawa!” Kaminari laughed. “He looks even more tired than he does now!”

“Don't.”

The class laughed.

Then Midoriya's expression changed.

“Wait.”

He pointed toward the far end of the photograph.

There was someone standing slightly apart from the rest of the class.

They were wearing the old U.A. uniform, staring directly at the camera.

But something was strange.

There was no name written underneath them.

No student number.

Nothing.

“Who are they?” Uraraka asked.

Nobody answered.

Iida adjusted his glasses.

“Perhaps they were a support-course student who happened to be in the photograph?”

“No,” Midoriya said quietly.

He pulled out his phone.

“The uniforms indicate they were definitely in the Hero Course.”

Bakugo clicked his tongue.

“So?”

“So...” Midoriya stared at the photograph. “There should be a record.”

They searched.

Student databases.

Old yearbooks.

Archived U.A. websites.

Graduation records.

Nothing.

Not even a mention.

“Maybe the records were lost?” Tsuyu suggested.

Iida shook his head.

“U.A. maintains extremely extensive historical records. Losing an entire student's information would be highly unusual.”

Todoroki stared at the photograph.

“Then why are they here?”

Silence.

Mina looked at the picture again.

“Maybe we should ask Aizawa.”

Several minutes later, Aizawa returned.

He stopped when he saw the photograph.

His expression changed.

Barely.

But Midoriya noticed.

“Aizawa-sensei?”

Aizawa walked over.

He took the photograph from Mina.

For several seconds, he simply stared at it.

Then—

“Where did you find this?”

“In the archive.”

“Who opened this box?”

“We all did,” Iida answered.

Aizawa's eyes returned to the photograph.

His thumb slowly moved over {{user}}'s face.

“Put this back.”

Everyone froze.

“What?” Kaminari asked.

“Put it back.”

“But who is—”

“I said put it back.”

His voice wasn't angry.

It was worse.

It sounded uneasy.

Midoriya swallowed.

“Sensei... you recognize them.”

Aizawa didn't answer.

Bakugo narrowed his eyes.

“You obviously know something.”

Aizawa looked at the photograph one last time.

Then quietly said:

“I don't remember them.”

The classroom went completely silent.

Aizawa turned toward the door.

“But apparently...”

He glanced over his shoulder.

“...someone remembers us.”
