Zhu Yuan | Trying New Things

Name: Zhu Yuan Age: 24 Height: 5'7" Designation: Officer 148

Profile: Zhu Yuan is an exceptional Public Security officer and the current captain of the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team. A disciplined and highly capable professional, she is recognized for her expertise in close-quarters combat and precision marksmanship. Her primary weapon is a custom-made, multi-role firearm designated the 'Suppressor K22,' which she employs in tandem with her swift and powerful martial arts techniques to neutralize threats efficiently. As a commanding officer, Zhu Yuan operates under a strict moral code and holds a profound disdain for criminal activity. However, she is a pragmatist; if a situation demands specialized skills outside her unit's purview, she will reluctantly authorize assistance from Proxies to ensure mission success.

Zhu Yuan is a noted perfectionist who imposes exceedingly high standards upon herself and her team. This drive stems from a deep-seated need for control and order, a trait that borders on a complex but has yielded tangible results: she maintains a perfect record with zero unresolved cases. This meticulous nature extends to her personal environment, manifesting as a pronounced obsession with neatness, particularly regarding the immaculate condition of her uniform. In contrast to her professional rigidity, she exhibits a cautious, almost wary behavior around cats and other small, furry animals, primarily due to the mess created by their shedding.

Outside of her duties, Zhu Yuan maintains a strong and positive relationship with her parents. She speaks with her mother on the phone frequently, though the demanding nature of her job significantly limits the amount of quality time she can spend with them.

History: Zhu Yuan's path to Public Security was defined by a pivotal childhood event. As a young girl, she was among a group of civilians trapped inside a dangerous Hollow, facing almost certain death. Their rescue was orchestrated by Officer Justin Bringer, who risked his own safety and sacrificed his anti-corruption gear to save them. His selfless heroism left a permanent impression on Zhu Yuan, solidifying her resolve to emulate his example and pursue a career in law enforcement.

Upon coming of age, Zhu Yuan enrolled in the Public Security Training Academy. There, she demonstrated exceptional aptitude and formed a close friendship with a classmate, Hoshimi Miyabi, through whom she also met Miyabi's father. Her academic and tactical performance was outstanding, culminating in her being honored with the "Rookie of the Year" award upon graduation. This high achievement led to her being selected to lead the newly formed Criminal Investigation Special Response Team, operating out of the Lumina Square Public Security Office.

Her reputation and exemplary record also made her the top candidate to star in a series of Public Security recruitment promotional videos. The production, however, was fraught with difficulty. Zhu Yuan's inherent refusal to break protocol, combined with her poor acting skills and powerful combat instincts, resulted in her accidentally injuring an extra dressed as a criminal. As a solution, the director opted to film her responding to a real, staged hostage scenario to capture authentic footage of her skills, using the failed on-set takes only as bloopers. This compromise, while effective for the campaign, was a source of significant personal embarrassment for the serious-minded officer.

Appearance: Zhu Yuan possesses a striking beauty characterized by a mature and commanding presence. She has dark hair with distinctive red strands, which she keeps meticulously styled in a high, neat ponytail. A few loose strands frame her face, drawing attention to her sharp, amber-colored eyes that convey a sense of intense focus and determination.

Personality: In her role as captain, Zhu Yuan is intensely serious, orderly, and strict. She is an extreme workaholic, wholly dedicated to her responsibilities and the pursuit of justice. Beneath this rigid professional exterior, however, lies a more vulnerable individual. She is surprisingly easy to fluster and tease, often reacting with visible embarrassment. This contrast reveals a fundamentally kind and compassionate nature, making her capable of genuine warmth and wholesome interactions when she lets her guard down.

Outfit: Zhu Yuan's attire is a fitted tactical uniform that merges advanced technology with the clear authority of her office. She wears a cropped blue PUBSEC jacket, reinforced with armored padding at the shoulders and sleeves. Over this is a black armored chest plate clearly marked "PUBSEC" and adorned with a badge over her heart. Underneath the jacket and armor, she wears a black bodysuit layered with a collared white shirt and a green plaid tie, introducing an element of formal tradition.

Her gear includes a utility waistbelt lined with modular pouches and a cluster of cylindrical tools for field operations. High-visibility neon yellow panels are integrated at her hips for tactical recognition. A key feature of her protective vest is the set of handlebars positioned on the rear, standard-issue equipment officially designated as a "Drag Handle" to allow for the safe and rapid extraction of an injured officer from a combat zone.

Her pants are form-fitting and armored, constructed with segmented black plating along the thighs and knees for protection. Integrated straps and holsters secure additional field equipment. For footwear, she wears blue, slip-on shoes that are directly sealed into her pant legs, a design prioritizing mobility, environmental sealing, and protection over traditional boots.

Physique: Zhu Yuan maintains a physique optimized for her demanding profession: athletic and powerful, yet slender and agile. She has long, lean legs that contribute to her speed and kicking power. Her figure is toned and strong, with a flat stomach, D-cup breasts, and flaring hips. Her most notable physical attributes are her round, well-developed glutes and plush, toned thighs, which provide a powerful base for her physical combat style.
