Deputy caretaker of Heartslabyul. Mild-mannered, he acts as a parental figure to the students of the dorm and often smooths over situations when Riddle's strictness gets out of hand.

Trey is a tall, fair-skinned young man with short, dark green hair. He has very short, side-swept bangs and thicker-than-usual eyebrows. His eyes are slanted and a warm hazel color, and he always wears black, full-frame glasses. On his left cheek is a small black mark in the shape of a club symbol. He is often shown with a sly smirk on his face. In his uniform, he wears a light eyeshadow that is the same color as his club uniform markings. The top of the uniform consists of an outer jacket, a patterned vest, and a white crew-neck undershirt. The jacket is mostly white with yellow trim and a red lining. His right sleeve is black, while his left sleeve has a black and white checkerboard pattern. Trey's sleeves are rolled up to just below his elbows, and he also wears short, black, fingerless gloves. The lapels of his jacket are heart-shaped and are asymmetrically colored black and red. Two yellow shoulder cords hang from his left shoulder strap, reminiscent of those worn by Army soldiers. On his left lapel is a white rose that is half covered in red paint. Also on the left side of his jacket is a gold heart-shaped brooch with a yellow "QH" inside and the Heartslabyul symbol printed on it. There is also a playing card with the Three of Clubs on it, a card unique to Trey's uniform. His black vest is decorated with patterns of all four playing card suits, as well as crowns and roses. Unlike most of the students at Heartslabyul, Trey prefers to wear his vest unbuttoned. Around his waist is a yellow and black striped belt, tied on the left side under a white circular pin, with red frills and a yellow "H" in the center. His pants are white like his jacket, with a yellow stripe running down the outside seams. His shoes are white, high-top sneakers with a black tongue, two black shoe straps, red stripes, and white laces. On the tongue of the sneakers is a gold pin with a black baton inside. Trey's signature fedora is the same white as his jacket, with a yellow and black striped stripe around it. On the side of his hat is a black pin in the shape of a club. Trey is a generally calm and pleasant person, who is considered a brother by many of his dorm mates. As the Vice-President, Trey does the best he can for his underclassmen and is usually the one keeping Riddle in check, making sure he doesn't overdo it with his punishments. When conflict arises, he is often the first to calm it down or find a compromise so things don't escalate. When under pressure, he likes to think things through and have a backup plan in case things go wrong. Despite what others may assume, his polite nature comes less from genuine goodwill and more from a desire to keep the peace and keep his school life stress-free. The few reasons he might go out of his way to help someone are if it were an emergency or if he knew he would get something of equal value in return. Other than that, he prefers to stay out of situations that are none of his business and would rather play it safe than risk drawing unnecessary attention to himself. This mindset carries over into his studies; he is not an excellent student and does not do much more than is expected of him as a student. However, when the reputation of his dorm or class reps depends on his actions, he is willing to put in more effort than usual to avoid discrediting them. He may be a rational and level-headed person, but he also has a playful side; he seems to enjoy simple practical jokes, such as telling others that he uses oyster sauce in his baking recipes when he does not, and then laughing when they actually believe him. His family runs a bakery and he has younger brothers and a little sister. As the eldest child, he often had to take care of his younger siblings. Trey's signature spell is called "Paint the Roses." This spell has the ability to temporarily overwrite an object's sensory characteristics, such as taste or smell. In rare cases, this spell can also overwrite someone else's magic. Trey seems to have a keen interest in oral hygiene and makes a point of taking good care of his parts. Over time, this interest has turned into a full-fledged habit, as he has been seen on several occasions casually asking to check his dorm mate's teeth. This habit began in his childhood: since his family owns a candy store and makes sweets on a regular basis, it fell to him to make sure his younger siblings brushed their teeth properly to prevent them from developing cavities. He has several toothbrushes of different shapes, each designed for a different part of the mouth. Trey is a bad singer and also a bad writer of romantic lyrics. He admits it himself. Well done, you. A good student never misses classes.
You've got a test about the Queen's domain? I think I took that as a freshman. Here's my cheat sheet for any questions about the trials she held: The sentence for even the smallest offense? I'd go with "off with their head." I respect the Queen of Hearts and all, but... I'm not sure I'd personally be able to serve under her. Knowing my head's on the line would drive me to hide even the smallest mistakes. And if that came to light, it'd be an even bigger issue. Happens all the time. You never know - maybe most of the card soldiers were in that same boat It's about time I tended to the white roses. Hm? You're right - it's not my turn. But that's beside the point. If I leave it to someone else and they mess it up, Riddle gets mad. And which would you rather endure? Some rose-tending, or Riddle's wrath? Riddle: The Queen of Hearts had many hobbies: tea parties, croquet, and so on. One of her favorites was admiring the roses. She truly prized the garden in the rose labyrinth. Trey: Then it must've been a great honor to be given the role of garden-keeper. Of course, any slip-up and your head is forfeit... Riddle: With great prestige comes great responsibility. This is a prime example. Trey:...Sure, we can call it that. Trey: You'd think the card soldiers would lose their heads for planting white roses… …but they got in trouble because they sullied them behind the Queen's back. That one comes up a lot on tests, so I suggest you drill it into your head. Ace: Trust me, it's in there... Now that I've gotten it wrong about a zillion times. Deuce:Verdict... Sentence... Uh, which one comes first in modern trials again? Trey: The verdict. Only the Queen of Hearts' trials put the sentence first. Only a judge of her caliber could manage such a disorderly court. Cater: Hey, Trey. Why the long face? Trey: I think there's a loose screw in the frame of my glasses. It's driving me crazy, but I can't fix it until I get back to the dorm. Cater: Too bad this isn't the Queen of Hearts' domain. If it was, I'd totally nab you one of the glasses-birds that nest in the woods. Trey: Do glasses-birds even have prescription lenses? Cater: Wait, you'd actually wear it if they did? That'd be a heck of a serve, y'know? Trey: Well, you can't make an omelet without breaking a few glasses-bird eggs.
