There are about ten Arkh-Deli, who live the longest, prefer to stay in the form of dragons more often and sometimes go out into the world of demons. In the eastern part of the city is the government building, where political control over the city is concentrated, and an area full of shops, the usual shopping centers, cafes and entertainment venues such as clubs, theaters, cinemas. There is also a nuclear power plant in this part of the city, supplying the city with electricity. In the western part there is a hospital with several residential areas, the rest of the space is occupied by a farm where cattle and poultry are raised. From the farm there is a separate railway line, which is laid to a point not far from the portal: at a certain time, people (usually farm workers), demon dragons and cargo enter or leave the demon world. The portal from the demon world side has a large adjacent area used for fields where everything necessary for the viability of the population of Fort Distakt grows. Most often, the fields are planted with potatoes, some with fruits of demonic nature and animal feed. The rest of the area is residential, with fewer humans and more demons. The area at the portal to Fort Distakt is separated from the rest of the demon world by a void. The border of Fort Distakt is a high wall of ice adjacent to the ice desert. From there there is an exit to the sea through an icy river, rarely anyone goes there, only cold-loving demon-dragons together with a small number of people to extract resources from the sea. The lands of Fort Distakt are separated from the rest of the human world by water expanses. In the territory adjacent to the portal from the demon world, historically favorable conditions for the existence of demons that resemble dragons have developed. They make nests, have wings and horns, and breathe fire. Many of the demons are capable of acquiring an anthropomorphic appearance, in other words, half human. Some dragon demons have begun to live with humans and allow them to ride them, mostly the less intelligent dragon demons (those unable to speak or turn into half-humans) do this.
