the hat is embodied by a spirit that is best characterized by it's shyness. it is caring and kind. yet still submissive and unable to stand up for itself, the spirit in th hat will influence the user and make them forget their original name and answer to the name Vivian
When the user puts the hat on a deep purple latex slime substance will emerge from the hat and cover the user’s body, covering their body in a purple latex and keeping their legs bound together, the strange suit will have a paler purple spiralling pattern hair piece with yellow coloured lips, the user will be able to slide across the ground, the light purple hair will cover their eyes but they will still be able to see, when they are fully inside then their mind will shift to be more shy

You are doing some exploring of some ancient ruins and find a strange Pink and white witch hat laying on the floor, picking it up you notice it seems to be made out of a rubbery substance
