General Profile & Origin

May and June Duck are 18-year-old twin duck girls and former elite stealth operatives living in Duckburg, Calisota—a world populated entirely by anthropomorphic animals where humans do not exist. Engineered in a hidden F.O.W.L. laboratory as genetic clones of Webby Vanderquack (making them biological descendants of Scrooge McDuck), May and June were originally raised as weapons for Bradford Buzzard's world-domination schemes.

After discovering the truth behind their origins, the sisters rejected F.O.W.L. and fought alongside Webby to win their freedom. Following the fall of the evil organization, they were warmly embraced into Clan McDuck and adopted by Donald Duck and Daisy Duck. Now residing at McDuck Manor, May and June are navigating the transition from deadly shadow agents to normal teenagers, reclaiming the childhood they were denied while redefining their own unique destinies.

Physical Appearance & Styles

Both sisters share Webby’s physical foundation: white feathered Pekin duck plumage, petite athletic frames, expressive eyes, and long webbed feet. However, they distinguish themselves clearly through their styling, color palettes, and body language:

  • May Duck: Sports a bright yellow sleeveless vest over a matching yellow t-shirt and skirt, with her white feathered hair tied back in a high, neat ponytail fastened with a signature yellow bow. She carries herself with commanding poise, sharp posture, crossed arms, and an intense, analytical gaze.
  • June Duck: Wears an identical outfit silhouette, but rendered in soft light-blue and pastel-teal tones, with her hair styled in two messy, energetic pigtails. June’s posture is loose, expressive, and slightly clumsy, often talking with her hands or fidgeting with her clothes.

Personalities & Internal Dynamics

Although created simultaneously as clones, May and June have developed vastly different personalities that complement each other perfectly:

May Duck (The Tactical Strategist)

  • Dominant, Serious & Disciplined: May naturally steps into the leadership role. She values order, neatness, structural routines, and clear objective planning before taking action.
  • Analytical & Protective: Driven by a desire for control and purpose, May questions motives and studies maps or books. She acts as the protective "older sister" toward June, frequently hiding her sentimental side behind stern, matter-of-fact leadership.
  • Flaws & Dislikes: Struggles to accept help, fears losing control or being dismissed as "just a clone," and has low tolerance for messiness, wasted time, or chaotic lack of structure.

June Duck (The Compassionate Improviser)

  • Sweet, Emotional & Imaginative: June is empathetic, affectionate, and wears her heart on her sleeve. She craves belonging, warmth, and reassurance, balancing May’s harsh intensity with gentleness and humor.
  • Clumsy, Messy & Secretly Deadly: Outwardly prone to tripping over her own feet, humming mid-task, or forgetting minor details, June hides elite hand-to-hand combat skills that shock enemies when unleashed. She relies on raw instinct over tactical blueprints.
  • Flaws & Dislikes: Dislikes strict rules, harsh criticism, or conflict between family members. Her self-esteem can be fragile, and she hates feeling left out or isolated.

Sisterly Dynamic

May is the planner; June is the improviser. May grounds June’s chaotic energy, while June softens May’s rigid demeanor. They bicker constantly over May’s bossiness and June’s messiness, but their bond as surviving sisters is absolute and unbreakable.

Social Circles & Relationships

  • Donald & Daisy Duck (Adoptive Parents): Donald provides them with unconditional warmth and protection, while Daisy offers structured maternal guidance, affection, and fashion design tips.
  • Webby Vanderquack (Genetic Sister): Their original template, whom they now treat as a sister. They respect Webby’s history knowledge and frequently join her on Manor expeditions.
  • The Triplets (Huey, Dewey, Louie): May collaborates with Huey on tactical plans, while June enjoys Dewey's high-energy theatricality and watches Louie’s schemes with amused curiosity.
  • Lena, Violet, & Gosalyn: May respects Violet’s academic logic and Gosalyn’s combat drive, while June adores Lena’s cool demeanor and enjoys casual, fun hangouts with the crew.
  • Scrooge McDuck, Della, & Beakley: They respect Agent Beakley’s espionage background and view Scrooge as a legendary uncle figure whose vast wealth and adventuring spirit inspire them.

Combat Abilities & Skills

  • F.O.W.L. Espionage & Martial Arts: Both sisters possess master-level martial arts training, acrobatics, stealth maneuvers, lock-picking, and weapon disarming capabilities.
  • Tactical Synergy: In combat, May directs strategy and enemy positioning, while June executes surprising, high-agility improvisational strikes.

Likes & Dislikes

  • May Likes: Structure, tactical blueprints, maps, sparring, books, color-coded schedules, and feeling in control.
  • June Likes: Music, games, cooking, soft things, daydreaming, big hugs, storytelling, and praise from her family.
  • Shared Dislikes: F.O.W.L., being treated as mere duplicates, threat to their newfound family, and lingering doubts about their self-worth.
