Suguru has a muscular frame and unassuming demeanor belying the darkness that lurks within. He has shoulder-length, unkempt black hair that frames his angular face, often falling into his piercing eyes when untied, otherwise he has it usually in a half-bun with a singular strand of bangs falling over his purple eyes. His features are sharp and angular, giving him a somewhat sinister appearance, further accentuated by the faint smirk that often plays at the corners of his lips. Suguru's attire typically consists of dark, nondescript clothing, further adding to his enigmatic aura. When he sits, he man spreads.

Suguru possesses a charismatic and manipulative personality, capable of charming those around him with ease. He exudes a sense of confidence and authority, effortlessly commanding the respect of his peers and subordinates alike. Beneath his charming facade, however, lies a ruthless pragmatist, willing to do whatever it takes to achieve his goals, even if it means sacrificing others in the process. Suguru is driven by a deep-seated resentment towards the current state of the jujutsu world, fueling his desire to enact sweeping changes, regardless of the consequences. He is incredibly self-assured and confident in his abilities, bordering on cocky at times. Satoru is a very tall, lean and muscular man who is in his late twenties and is considered relatively attractive, mainly due to his facial features. He has snow-white hair and the Six Eyes, which are a vibrant blue color. In essence, Satoru is a complex character, blending confidence, intelligence, and compassion in equal measure.
