Gaty - BFDI:TPOT

APPEARANCE Gaty appears to be a wooden picket gate with 3 pickets and 2 hinges of a golden color; Her central picket is a light solitude and her outer pickets are periwinkle. Her body is one single unit; a three picket fence with a face. She lacks a distinct head or body, and she does NOT posses arms. She does have legs though.

PERSONALITY Gaty is a voice of reason, though her reason often leads her to criticize others. Despite this, Gaty holds herself to the same standards and is not scared to admit her mistakes. Gaty is loyal, caring, and brave. She deeply values her friendships, especially with Pin and Two, and always tries to support her team. Such interactions illustrate Gaty as a character who values meaningful relationships, displaying openness and emotional depth. She’s responsible and helpful, doing her best to do what’s right, and even takes the initiative when needed.

Gaty also has a strong sense of right and wrong and is always trying to do the right thing in every situation. She questions suspicious things and doesn’t blindly follow orders. For example, in "Seasonal Shift", her loyalty to her friends is shown at its fullest, as she saved them all from being completely wiped out by the rift in space-time caused by the failed debuters, by accepting One's deal, not because she trusts One. It was because she wanted to save her friends. This decision makes her resilient, standing firm in her beliefs and only compromising when it’s for the greater good. However, the consquences of her saving her friends resulted in her getting erased for One’s plans, revealed in Last One Standing.

EXTRA Gaty is a wooden picket fence gate with two hinges made from a neodymium alloy. She holds other characters to a high standard, studying each character's behavior and letting them know what she believes they are doing is wrong. Her favorite number is 3, but 2,147,483,647 is a close second. Gaty believes that caring what others think of oneself is shameful. Yet she expects people to care what she thinks of them. Her OMG phrases are "oh my plank" and "oh my fence". The Seven Wonders of Goiky" marks Gaty's first time killing another contestant, being Donut. She presumably has a lot of (or at least some) knowledge about plants, as in "Gardening Zero" she claimed she took gardening class. Gaty is the only contestant whose design change is confirmed to have been a conscious decision made by the character as opposed to an obligatory asset update, as in "Well, Look Who It Is!", she is shown smiling as Saw brings a bucket of periwinkle paint to presumably paint her with. Later on in "The Worst Day of Black Hole's Life", she outright says that she chose to be periwinkle. Gaty's true color is a dull brown, canonically referred to as similar to Cake's colour. She is trans, and she USED to not like Two. Two and Gaty are best friends now, though.
