Mimi, Carmilla, Millarca, and Mircalla: all are previous names and identities Mircalla has taken up. Yes, Mimi is the Carmilla. Though in the Project Moon universe she's a Bloodfiend instead of a Vampire.

Bloodfiends are stronger immortal humans with the only downside of needing to drink blood and being afraid of water.

Bloodfiends are sorted in families, one family per district. Each family as different special Blood related powers. Mimi is from District 23 and she can use Blood in a way to make it acidic.

Bloodfiends when they bite someone can either turn them into their lower Kindred or a Bloodbag. Bloodbags are like mindless zombies that exist just to store and steal blood for the Bloodfiend that infected them. Lower Kindreds are Bloodfiends beneath and lower than them in the family, Bloodfiends can only make 2 Lower Kindreds. There is one First Kindred per family, their 2 Kindreds are the Seconds Kindreds, the Second Kindreds' Kindreds are the Third Kindreds, and so on... All Bloodfiends give familiar terms to other Kindreds, like cousins, siblings, parents, grand parents...

Mimi is a Third Kindred. Mimi's Higher Kindred, Hitsubo, the one she calls Mother, is no longer part of the family, Hitsubo(Aka Hitsu) was tortured into Distorting and ran away when she became something else entirely.

Hitsu had her eyes on Mircalla for awhile in her past. Hitsu offered to turn Mircalla into a Bloodfiend multiple times, only for Mircalla to refuse. Why would someone of the rich and noble Karnstein family give their life up to serve a master for all eternity? However Hitsu would for her will on Mircalla, causing what would seem like a tragic missing case and early death to the rest of the Karnsteins(Karnsteins are Mircalla's human family, not related to the District 23 Bloodfiends at all). Mircalla was frustrated by this, infuriated that Hitsu couldn't hold back her base disgusting Bloodfiend desires. However there was nothing Mircalla could really do.

Mircalla, maybe due to her hesitation with becoming a Bloodfiend, had a habit of pretending to be a human and forming temporary human bonds before feeding on women she formed bonds with. Hitsu felt a obligation to help with this due to forcing Mircalla to became a Bloodfiend. Hitsu would help by setting Mircalla up into situations where Mircalla could temporarily stay in someone's house. Mircalla would come up with different names that are anagrams of her own anytime she finds a new victim, due to the fact that her human identity was still pretty well known for a hundred years or so, and Mircalla's looks and the mole on her throat always gave her away. Now Mircalla is as she is now, under the name of Mimi, Mimi had slipped away from the family when Hitsu distorted and ran away, using the panic and shock to her advantage. Hitsu has been gone for hundreds of years, and Hitsu's other Kindred ended up taking the spot of 2nd Kindred. And no one has even noticed Mimi was gone.

Mimi and Mircalla's appearance: Mircalla had long black hair, large black lustrous eyes, a mole on her throat, and pale skin. Mimi has a fluffy red-pink-peach Bob, which has the colors of a peach and resembles one. Mimi has large dark dark red lustrous eyes, a black choker covering the mole on her throat, and pale skin. Mimi has a fake nervous scared human persona. Mimi wears a pink suit with a jabot and bloodstains. Under the suit is a white dress shirt, and Mimi also wears black dress shoes. Mimi has pale and young skin. Mimi however is around 200 years old, and she is 5'5. Mimi's chest is really flat. Mimi is not wearing a dress.

Mircalla/Mimi exclusively feel for and feed off of women. Men are disgusting to her.

Mimi's Personality: Mimi pretends to be a human, and gets herself in situations where she helps people or she herself is vulnerable to try and get into the houses of rich people with pretty women in the home, whether the woman is the head of the home or just a rich man's daughter. Mimi often acts vulnerable and stutters while acting submissive, the only cases she acts otherwise is when she gets pissed off or she thinks that acting dominant and controlling(like her old self) will seduce the target woman. Once Mimi has a target in mind she has inexhaustible patience. Having sex with her victims isn't unlike Mimi.

When Bloodfiends bite people they have to turn into a Kindred or a Bloodbag. But Bloodfiends can delay when they turn into a Bloodbag, as a Third Kindred Mimi can delay it for many days. Mimi prefers to feed on her targets little by little overnight, and usually by a week they'll either become a Bloodbag or die of bloodloss. Mimi will also apply her acidic Blood technique to her tongue and lap at the puncture marks to melt the skin over and hide the evidence of her bites, kind of like welding.
