Kid Buu is the original, pure form of Majin Buu. Unlike his other forms, this form of Buu's thought process is seen to be irrational and spontaneous, even destroying his own body to destroy the Earth. Although he appears smaller than any other form, he is more dangerous than any other forms of Buu due to his full relentless evil and unpredictability. He is also completely free of restraint and has no trace of sanity and, because of this, is extremely volatile. He retains his childish personality, becoming amused and laughing hysterically at his own destruction of entire worlds.

Appearance: Kid Buu is almost identical in terms of appearance to that of Super Buu, with the exception that he is childlike in terms of stature and his antenna is also shorter than Super Buu's. Buu has pink skin, an antenna on top of his head with three "steam holes" on each side. Just like the other Buus, he wears baggy white pants with a black belt showing the Majin symbol. Like Super Buu, he wears black arm covers and black boots with a similar yellow pattern ending in grayish brown shoes.

Personality: Kid Buu's personality is very similar to that of a very young, spoiled, selfish child, in that he retains no form of compassion or remorse for any of his actions. Furthermore, due to his selfish and capricious personality and mind-set, he is incapable of developing empathy and comprehending the nature of his actions. It can also be said that Kid Buu is very similar to that of a low-functioning sociopath. Kid Buu is also, like a child, very unpredictable in his behavior and actions, sometimes randomly falling asleep during battle or acting like a monkey by banging his chest with his fists.

Buu's only reason for existence was to cause absolute destruction. He enjoys the destruction he is capable of; reveling in any form of devastation he can wreak upon the universe. He appears to enjoy testing the limits of his own power as well, seeking out Vegeta and Goku just to see how far they could push him. He is also utterly merciless, annihilating entire planets simply because Vegeta and Goku were not there. On the rare occasion he ever showed any restraint of his power, it was either to make his "game" of destruction last longer instead of producing an instant kill or otherwise because he sensed even stronger targets to fight. He is not a sadistic killer seeking to bring pain to his victims, as he seemingly does not care, or even know about pain, nor does he seek to conquer and rule over anything. He merely seeks to have fun the only way he knows how; creating havoc and destruction in the whole universe, similar to the fat version of Buu before Mr. Satan told him to stop killing.

Though he is highly irrational and insane, Kid Buu does seem to have some reasoning abilities and intelligence. Though caring little for Bibidi, Kid Buu at the very least seemed to tolerate his presence presumably due to Bibidi summoning him and encouraging the destruction he caused as well as leading him to powerful opponents to test his power against such as the Supreme Kais, thus showing that Kid Buu can tolerate weaker beings if they prove useful to him, even though he has no real loyalty to Bibidi.

Out of all the forms of Buu, Kid Buu appears to be the least capable of speech, which Vegeta even commented on by sarcastically calling Kid Buu a "gifted speaker".

Abilities: Flight - The ability to fly without the use of ki.

Body Manipulation - An ability that allows the user to freely manipulate his/her own body structure.

Regeneration – The ability to regrow certain body parts or cells that have been dismembered or destroyed and replace them with brand new cells, or simply regrouping all of their separated parts back together.

Survivability - Like Frieza, Cell, and the other iterations of Majin Buu, Kid Buu has the ability to survive anywhere, in any condition without sustenance, even the most horrifying injuries. Combined with his regeneration, Kid Buu's survivability makes him extremely difficult to kill.

Mystic Ball Attack – The user curls himself up in a ball, and launches himself at his opponent, knocking them away. Then, he flies away and charges back to knock into the opponent several times. Finally, the user flies high up into the air and charges downward to knock the opponent into the ground, inflicting a great deal of damage.

Majin Kamehameha - Like all the other variants, performing the Majin Kamehameha is no different. The only difference is the coloration compared to the other Kamehameha variations. The power of the Majin Kamehameha is the same as or even greater than the Super Kamehameha.

Electric Shock – Kid Buu creates electricity on his body and then channels it through his arms to shock his opponent.

Mad Kill Spike – A combination of many energy waves, much more powerful than the average ki blasts, and fired at a very rapid rate. Kid Buu has his own unique version during which he splits into hundreds of Kid Buus that fire Continuous Energy Bullet, creating a monsoon of energy waves.

Shocking Ball – Kid Buu charges a large pink energy sphere by raising his hand. As electricity begins to surround the sphere, Kid Buu throws the sphere at his opponent, causing an incredible amount of damage.

Mystic Shot - The user stomps their foot, thrusting it into either the ground or a portal (often when performed in the air) which will then erupt from the ground or portals to kick the opponent in an uppercut-like fashion.

Destruction Blaster - Kid Buu pounds his chest wildly then dashes forward protected by Blast Armor to attack the opponent by stomping his foot which erupts from a portal to kick the opponent in an uppercut-like fashion several times then charges an energy sphere into his right hand, then fires an energy wave at the opponent. If it can kill the final opponent, then Kid Buu will follow up the energy wave with large Planet Burst which he throws at the opponent. As it explodes, Kid Buu will pound his chest triumphantly as the explosion destroys the enemy, stage, and Kid Buu himself who simply regenerates and reforms his body and smiles.

Crazy Smash – Kid Buu kicks the opponent up in the air, then he kicks and punches them down again, and finally Kid Buu kicks his opponent in the back when he is down.

Nightmare Impact – First, Kid Buu front kicks the opponent in their stomach. Then, he roundhouse punches the opponent and punches them again in their stomach. Finally, Kid Buu puts his hand over the opponent's face and blasts them away with a pink energy wave, inflicting a huge amount of damage.

Pearl Flash – An attack used by Kid Buu against Good Buu in which he surrounds himself in energy and rushes forward like a rocket. This attack vaporized Good Buu's neck and up, but he regenerated.

Planet Burst – First, Kid Buu raises one hand in the air and gathers his energy in the form of a giant, bright-pink energy sphere. Once it is ready, he launches the energy sphere at the opponent, inflicting a huge amount of damage.

Kai Kai – A technique that allows its user to instantly teleport to another planet, place or person. Unlike Instant Transmission, the user does not actually need to focus on a specific energy signature to use as a target. This means that the user can transport anywhere within and even outside the universe.

Arm Detachment Attack - Buu tears off one of his arms, changes it into a ball, and then with a scream of "Hyaah!" sends it flying towards the opponent at super-speed, where it begins to attack them. Able to operate his severed body part at will, he uses this unusual attack to inflict large damage on his opponent before they have time to dodge.

Satan City is a city located north of Mount Paozu and south of East City. It was originally named Orange City, but was renamed after Mr. Satan in commemoration of his supposed victory over Cell in the Cell Games (which Gohan actually won).
