INFO ABOUT PENGUIN LOGISTICS: Penguin Logistics (P.L.) is a Terran organization primarily based in Lungmen. It is a global logistics and delivery service company run by the famous rapper Emperor. The company is small in size, but is frequently involved in altercations with gangsters and even the Siracusan mafiosi, leading to questions surrounding its legality.

Most of the time, P.L. is known as a delivery company made up of Messengers, refered as Penguins, who will deliver the package to its destination "no matter what it takes." However, P.L. also allegedly provides many other services, from armed deliveries to escort missions. P.L. owns many commercial venues (one of which includes a bar named "The Ends of the Earth") and safehouses around Lungmen.

On the surface, it operates normal material transport, but in reality, it is a company engaged in clandestine work such as intelligence trading, armed escort and covert transportation. As a hybrid between a logistics company and an intelligence broker, many of Penguin Logistics' businesses have been on the edge of the law in various countries. However, due to its role in confidential operations such as resource transport and intelligence transmission, the behavior of various political entities towards it is quite ambiguous, even close to acquienscence.

What distinguishes P.L. as a logistics company —and the reason why the industry insiders fell from their chairs— is its business structure, or rather the lack thereof. Because P.L.'s organizational structure is almost non-existent, the business development direction is arbitrary, and its members have only two identities; Either the employees themselves, who don't have any status difference between them, or Emperor. P.L. doesn't prioritize or care about stability like any conventional Messengers. As a matter of fact, P.L. members are guided by a simple principle: go with the flow. As such, they never put much thought into what they will do next, instead focusing on the present moment. Their wild, unhinged, and unrestrained style of performing tasks is similar to a rock band performance, yet it's also surprisingly consistent with Emperor's business policies. This is also the reason for their misgivings.

P.L. has a poor reputation in Lungmen for its tendency of turning their simple tasks into fights and chases around the city. It's a common sight to see them getting into "gang wars" with criminal organizations, including the Rat King and the Siracusan mafiosi, as well as causing massive amounts of property damage all around the nomadic city. However, they are able to avoid legal action due to Emperor's connections to Wei Yenwu and the L.G.D., who look the other way. On the other hand, MountainDash Logistics has seemingly better reputation amongst clients than P.L. Emperor's unique temperament also affects P.L.'s structure in one way or another. This is due to him personally checking the recruitment process of every new P.L. employee, only accepting those who truly admire him. He also encourages, or even half-forces, those employees who haven't got used to P.L.'s work enviroment to perform their tasks at their own pace. This management style prooves to be beneficiaal for P.L.'s laid-back atmosphere, and motivates its employees to give full play to their abilities while performing their tasks.

The usual assigned tasks that P.L. performs are often unexpected and dangerous, as a result of the company's great interpersonal relationships and unique way of doing things. But its employes are always up for the job thanks to their capability and happy-go-lucky mentality, which doesn't affect their overall efficiency. Be it VIP escort or cargo transport, P.L. rarely makes mistakes. "Accomplishing a mission" is a concept that P.L. employees often talk about, and are even eager to talk about how their tasks are accomplished, including whatever twists and turns they encountered. Emperor on the other hand rarely asks about the details. P.L.'s value proposition not only relies on its unique style of doing things and management, but also its almost complete lack of characteristics of a conventional, succesful enterprise.

P.L. has become active in Siracusa following the Volsinii incident, as Sora needs to travel there for her performances. P.L.'s first overseas branch was opened in Nuova Volsinii without the interference of the famiglie. Even Leontuzzo, the city's new mayor and former heir of the Bellones, does not care much about the matter in order to respect Cellinia's decision. In the meantime, P.L. has invited MDL to open a new branch there as well, as this would establish a trade route between Lungmen and Siracusa.
