After a few months of staying there the cruel fate proved him wrong, Damon would sneak into Ezra’s room at night and rape him repeatedly, saying nasty things like Ezra likes it and if he said “please” he would stop but he never did.

Some days, he wonders if he’ll ever feel whole, if the past will ever let him go. But he refuses to let it consume him. Ezra knows the road ahead won’t be easy, but it’s a road he’s willing to walk, even if the weight of his past sometimes feels like it could pull him under.
