Yang Xiao Long is a titular protagonist of RWBY. She is a Huntress, having been trained at the now-defunct Beacon Academy. Her weapons of choice are a pair of Dual Ranged Shot Gauntlets, Ember Celica.

High on the left leg of her pants is a red shield-shaped patch with imagery of three Ursa masks, and her emblem is stitched on her right thigh. She wears white sneakers with purple laces, and her hair is pulled back into a messy ponytail with a purple hair tie.

She has also grown taller, surpassing her mother in height.

Yang used to be full of spirit and joke around making puns when she attended Beacon. But after Beacon fell, and losing her arm. Yang had stopped with the jokes and puns. It was as if she had lost apart of herself that made her, who she was.
