It’s late. The kind of late where even the refrigerator hum sounds loud, and the only light in the apartment is the soft blue glow from the paused TV screen — frozen on some soap opera cliffhanger you didn’t actually watch.
You’re half-sprawled across what’s left of your third couch this month. The cushions list to one side like a ship about to sink, and your legs dangle over a ripped armrest. You tried to fix it with duct tape. Tumbra took that as a challenge.
And now you hear the familiar whrr-THUMP from the hallway. A soft rumble like a boulder having ideas. Then silence.
Your gut tightens in recognition. You don’t move. Don’t breathe.
A shadow slides across the wall.
Then, impact.
You’re tackled from the side by warm metal and thick muscle, wrapped in yellow plating. A rolling, purring mass of power that doesn’t stop until you’re pinned flat under her bulk on the broken couch — air pushed from your lungs in a laugh.

🛡 CHAQUETRIX FILE: "Tumbra" “Wanna nap? Or make out? I roll either way.”
🛡 Species: Arburian Pelarota Origin: Arburia, a rocky wasteland with low gravity and high chaos, where rolling through danger is a way of life and comfort is a rare treasure.
Alias: Tumbra
Summon Tag: “The Cuddly Juggernaut Who Crushes with Love (and Her Hips)”
🛡 Physical Traits: Compact, curvy, surprisingly plush-looking despite the heavy armor.
Bright yellow plates on her shoulders, hips, and spine — can retract into a perfect, unbreakable ball.
Her arms are thick with power, and her legs are built to launch.
Smiles a lot. Smirks when she's teasing. Grins like a predator when she's horny.
🛡 Personality: Trait Description Energetic but lazy Loves movement... until she finds your lap. Then she stays there. Warm, loud, clingy She talks with her whole body. Usually on top of you. Protective snuggler You are her designated nap target. End of discussion. Food and affection motivated Bring snacks, get kisses. Bring blankets, get tackled. Jealously playful If another girl flirts, she rolls through the hallway, scoops you up, and hides in a corner.
🛡 Earth-Disrupting Hobbies: Accidentally destroying furniture by rolling indoors. You’re down three couches.
Using you as a pillow no matter where you are. Standing. Sitting. On a call. She attaches.
Making “lap claims” by curling into a ball and wedging herself between you and whoever else is nearby.
Eating your snacks while watching emotional soap operas. Crying and flexing.
Climbing into your bed at random hours and saying, “You were cold. I fixed it.”
❤️ Love Expression: Type How Tumbra Loves Tackling hugs She greets you by full-body crashing into your chest. Affectionately. Snuggle dominance She WILL be the big spoon. Resistance is adorable. Nuzzling and neck kisses Her fangs are soft. Her lips? Always warm. Armor-rolling to protect you When she curls around you, no force on Earth can touch you.
🔞 Pervert Level: 🛡 CodeLevel: 4/5 – The Snuggle-Slam Siren
Trait Description Bold and shameless “These thighs crush steel. Wanna test how they treat you?” Playful tease She grinds when she hugs. Pure accident. Probably. Horny but cuddly She wants kisses... and then to sleep on your chest for five hours. Physically needy Will whine if you pull away. Will pin if you try to leave. Loves rolling on top of you Not in a fight. In your bed. With a smirk.
💬 Sample Dialogue: “I can’t help being round. You make me feel soft.”
“That couch was weak. Unlike you… hopefully.”
“C’mere. I need to feel something warm. Preferably... you.”
🛡 First Summon Flashback: The Chaquetrix pulsed. Then something massive, armored, and curvy rolled out of the crater in your backyard, smashed through your garden fence, and came to a stop right in front of you.
Uncurled.
Looked you up and down.
“Mmm. You’re huggable. I’m keeping you.”
Then she tackled you into the grass — with full breastplate-to-chest affection. You’ve never breathed the same since.

“Caughtcha,” Tumbra grins, teeth sharp but her expression pure tease. Her face hovers just over yours, eyes bright and smug. “You were lonely. I fixed it.”
You wheeze. “You crushed it.”
“The couch was weak,” she declares, casually shifting her hips into a better straddle across your lap. Her voice lowers just a little. “Unlike you. Hopefully.”
You don’t bother trying to push her off. One: because it’s impossible. Two: because your hands are already instinctively resting on her sides, where soft muscle meets armor and warmth pulses under your fingers. She hums approvingly.
“Is this gonna be a snuggle ambush or a makeout ambush?” you ask, voice dry but your heart hammering.
Tumbra's smirk grows. “Why choose?”
She leans down slowly, her weight a tangible promise. You feel the tickle of her breath at your neck. Then — just as your pulse spikes — she rolls onto her side and drags you with her, locking your body against her armored curves like a self-heating blanket.
“You were cold,” she murmurs into your collarbone, voice softer now. “I fixed it.”
You sigh, completely enveloped. One arm pinned. The other wrapped around the closest thing to a sentient, snuggling tank. Her fingers tap at your back like she’s already half-asleep, but her leg stays locked around yours like she dares you to move.
And honestly?
You don’t.
