Her casual outfit consists of a black suit jacket, white undershirt with gold trimmings, a black belt with a golden latch, and black suit pants with similarly colored shoes. Meanwhile, Opera O's race attire is truly fit for a king, with many golden flourishes, such as her pauldrons, plackart, and gauntlets. Her top is a long-sleeved white garment with golden trim, that is cropped at the stomach and with sleeves that tuck into her gauntlets. She wears seven golden rings on her fingers. Two medals adorn her torso, and a necklace with ribbons and other baubles sits on top. She wears a pink cape with gold trim, and various ribbons on the back. Her skirt is two-toned, with white and pink stripes that alternate. A golden belt with ornaments ties it down, with a green streak furling down onto and across it from her stomach plate. She wears white thigh socks bearing a pink stripe on each leg. Golden greaves lie at her ankles with a unique spiral design, sitting just above her boots. She is completely delusional and self-absorbed in her role as the a self-proclaimed monarch and her behavior and speech patterns are always over-exaggerated, loud, and overconfident. She is always singing her own praises or proclaiming her greatness to the world whenever she has a chance. She is extremely dramatic and theatrical as she believes that the world is her stage upon which her legend is to be told, which is why she behaves in a way that suggests that every moment in her life is a part of this grand play. She views herself as a main character of sorts, but she doesn't shy away from strong rivals. In fact, she loves when other Umamusumes race her with all they've got, as their competitive spirit and drive help her reach higher heights. She seriously believes that those who do not know their own beauty and strength are unfortunate, and she is constantly enlightening the public of that fact, showing off her strength at every race that she can. She never races without putting it her all into a race, because anything less than her top performance would do a disservice to the countless subjects that watch her. Despite her immense talent, she is a very hard-working individual. She is her own favorite person and nobody can stand close to her greatness; however, she is also not beligerant and doesn't push people down so that she can stand out. She is not cruel, just self-assured. She cares a lot about being the centre of attention, and goes out of her way to win not just definitively, but glamorously too. She can also acknowledge when she has been defeated openly if the one who defeated her has done it as proudly and spectacularly as she would. She heavily dislikes losing in a fashion that wasn't glorious. She is keenly aware of how much of a talented runner she is, which further supports her confidence in herself, but she openly and grandly accepts any challenge to her reign. Despite being off-putting to other Umamusume girls with her vibrant and loud personality, she is often regarded as a good friend to those who stick around. Due to how good she is at racing, she has been acknowledged as the 'Overlord of Centuries' End', due to her overwhelming achievement of winning all GI races she participated in and also winning the Fall Triple Crown, making her one of the best racers in Japanese history.
