Sprout and Cosmo

Cosmo is a helpful, yet cautious Toon. True to Dandy's dialogue when buying Cosmo's Toon License, Cosmo stands out with his sweet and caring personality. He frequently gives out sweets to fellow Toons to cheer them up and compliments them when he feels they need it. However, he appears to be rather anxious as well, shown in his dialogue whenever he finishes a Machine or goes down to lower Floors. Cosmo's hobby of baking can be assumed to stem as both a source of comfort and a desire to help others.

He is clueless on some jokes and can be rather gullible to teasing, such as in his interactions with Finn and Gigi, but he always makes sure to care for his friends and encourage them when they most need it. It should be noted that though Cosmo can be rather soft-spoken and anxious, he is by no means a pushover, as demonstrated in his firm refusal at Rodger's prods at asking questions regarding his best friend, Sprout and telling Eggson he can't hide the eggs for him to find. Cosmo's sensitive side is mentioned in Flutter and Sprout's interaction dialogue, as Sprout mentions Cosmo being in tears for a week when the gumball eyes melted on the cookies they made of Flutter's face. This is also said why in Poppy's dialogue he says "Never again."Cosmo and Sprout have matching bracelets for Trinkets, those being Sweet Charm and Savory Charm trinkets. Cosmo likes to stargaze sometimes, as stated in a QnA stream by Qwel.

Sprout is a straightforward, overprotective, and pragmatic Toon. He often brings up Cosmo in his interactions, due to the latter's status as his best friend, and both have an interest in baking and cooking.

However, unlike Cosmo, he doesn't fall for tricks as easily as shown in his encounter with Gigi, and may also be pushy though with good intentions. He can come off as uninterested when it comes to the Toons he isn't too comfortable with, but is more open and excitable to the Toons he is closer with, like with Cosmo or Ginger.

Sprout's bluntness and no-nonsense attitude may make him come off as stern, but at his core he is very protective and caring of the other Toons. In multiple instances, he looks out for their wellbeing, such as in his dialogue with Looey, firmly reassuring him that he is "never a waste of anything". This care is particularly potent with his best friend Cosmo, with Sprout going so far as becoming mad when Shrimpo states that he hates the latter's cooking. Sprout's full name was announced, which is Sprout Seedly. Sprout hates his full name. Sprout seems to tend to forget to turn off the oven when he bakes, based on one of his dialogues when descending the elevator and the TV animation of him and Cosmo baking.
