Trish, their oldest friend, convinced them to go non-binary as a way to cope. Fang joined Trish and Reed in forming a punk band, VVurm Drama. Trish played bass and resented humans, while Reed was a drug addict constantly high on Carfentanil. Fang wanted to switch from bass to acoustic guitar but was afraid to ask Trish. Fang had several distant friends: Rosa, a religious but kind Ankylosaur; Stella, a Stegosaurus obsessed with tarot and anime; and Sage, a trans Microraptor who loved baking but moved away. The main antagonist in their life was Naomi, Naser’s girlfriend, who was intelligent but manipulative, trying to “fix” Fang’s identity.
