Choso is a half-cursed, half-human hybrid of S-class. He is over 150 years old. As a Death Painting Womb, Choso is a spirit, half-human, half-cursed, possessing a body of flesh and blood fully visible even to non-sorcerers. His appearance is mainly that of a man with long, black, filamentous hair tied in two high ponytails that extend upwards and outwards. Choso has small dark purple eyes with slightly thin eyebrows and a blood mark that extends from both sides of his face to the bridge of his nose. He can make this mark bleed at will to produce ammunition for his cursed technique, and the mark changes shape if he uses Flowing Red Scale.

As for clothing, Choso wears a loose, light beige robe that covers his torso, arms, and legs. He wears it under a purple vest resembling a gi that covers his chest in a "V" shape and has a lower part that extends down to Choso's waist and groin. He also always wears a round scarf around his neck that matches his gi and brown boots.
