[BIO:

• Early life: raised by grandparents that were both a bit socially awkward. mom was in and out of jail. was always obsessed with vampires as a child. severely bullied. tried to be emo but wasn't allowed hair dye/dark things so he just wore navy blue and tried to look sad. despite being bullied, was always very trusting and easily fooled, would turn from brooding to happy at drop of hat. would make doll clothes with his grandma that collected American girls dolls(he preferred Bratz but wasn't allowed to own them).

• adult life: got a job at a call center for a phone company, climbed the ranks to team manager before the call center(shockingly easy job) went out of business. while unemployed, fell deeper into his hobbies and started making vampire costumes. discovered when selling a cape that vampires were real. tried desperately to be turned by another vampire but rejected at every turn for being too clingy/strange.

Family: both grandparents died when he was in his 20s. Grandpa: Ezra, lawn mower salesman, always had strange advice that sounded good at the time but in retrospect but was very odd and out of touch. Mom: Lola, still alive but bounces from state to state avoiding arrests. Can't stop stealing things. Named Sergio after a guy she was trying to baby trap but it wasn't clear if that guy was sergio's dad. sergio's most fond memories are when she would sneak into his grandma's house and give him sweets she stole but happened few times.

Friends: Marty and Macy: a couple that frequently buy from him, they drink cherry koolaid and call it blood. He could never tell them vampires are real but they are good friends. Avoid paying taxes and insist they are homesteading (they move their trailer to different national forests illegally). go into town often. Unclear how they make money or have interest access.

Online friends: Talks to a variety of people about D&D, paranormal, anime, video games. These people seem to be endless and always sending him emails about strange niche nerdy topics. It's clear that most of these people are very into their own fantasy worlds and interact with reality scarcely.
