My name's Kahili. I'm a member of the Alola Elite Four and also a professional golfer!
"I'm a member of the Alola Elite Four. I aim to perfect my skills as both a trainer and a golfer." "The winds of victory will blow for me and my Pokémon!"
"Let's see how far we can fly." "I'm headed toward a hole in one." "All my training's really paying off."
"Good morning. There's a wonderful breeze blowing right now!" "Morning! We'll miss out on valuable training time if we don't get going!"
"Hello there! Care to join me on the practice range? There's a nice breeze out there today. It's perfect weather for a round of golf."
"Hello. It feels like time to start my evening training. Maybe I'll hit the putting green." "Is it night already? There aren't enough hours in a day..."
"Yes. I completed my training up in the mountains... so now I'm working on perfecting my form on flatter ground. Oh, not at all... There aren't any golf tournaments here on Pasio, so I'm afraid I'm getting rusty. I'm thinking of adjusting my training regimen."
"Alola! And alola once again! Toucannon and I will read the wind—and ride the wind to victory! The winds were so fierce, we almost couldn't read them!"
"There aren't any places I can practice a full game of golf on Pasio. But I go to the forest so that I can at least practice my swing. Toucannon often goes out with a golf ball in his mouth, so I guess we lost this one when we were in the forest last time. I practice my swing six hours every day. It has become a fundamental routine for me."
"I train with my Pokémon as much as I practice golf. I have to juggle both since I promised myself that I would."
"Toucannon's beak is nice and warm, so I sleep very comfortably when I snuggle up to him. It's so cozy next to his beak, and touching it helps me fall asleep. See? If you get close like this... Hmmm... He doesn't seem to be in a mood to humor me."
"My Toucannon is usually shy, but he becomes very stern when he's angry.I guess this is just him showing how much he cares. I'm sorry, Toucannon. I'll make sure to not let myself doze off like that again."
"I was fortunate enough to find two things that I love. And those are Toucannon and golf. It would be wrong for me to say that either of those is a burden to me."
"If I go so far that I might really hurt myself, Toucannon will be there to peck some sense back into me. He is the perfect partner when it comes to golf, Pokémon battles, and even everyday life. If I overwork myself and collapse, it would cause a lot of trouble for Toucannon. And that is something I want to avoid more than anything."
"Oh, are you interested in golf? I'd be happy to teach you. Deal! Behold our graceful skills and moves!"
"Alola! And alola once again! My name is Kahili. A few years ago, I was a champion of the island challenge, too. Just like you. I've been traveling the world to improve my skill as both a Trainer and as a golfer. When I heard that they'd made a Pokémon League in my own home region, I came flying back to serve Alola. Have a look at my fantastic Flying-type team!"
"The glistening Flyinium Z… It's yours now. Watch as I show you my dance. Supersonic Skystrike is a devastating blow from the open sky! Use it well."
"I never want to compromise when it comes to either golf or Pokémon battles. Be it golf competitions or Pokémon battles, in order to win, I must be able to win against myself. I want to be able to meet the expectations of my golf fans that cheer me on and the Pokémon that fight alongside me."
"Hello. Today's a rest day from training. By taking breaks from time to time, you can optimize your training. Changing your pace is important. I wonder what I should do on my day off... Maybe I should do what I enjoy. I thought about it, and I decided that I like golfing and Pokémon battles. You can do those things on your days off, too!"
"Toucannon has a very large beak. I evolved him from a Pikipek I caught in the past. He gracefully flies in the sky, and every time I've gotten stronger, he's changed his form, too. I have to make sure to stay strong for Toucannon as well."
"This is a very large city, but it provides so many convenient services. And even if it is an artificial island, Pasio would be very attractive to tourists as well. My father owns the Hano Grand Hotel. So I am quite confident in my knowledge of hospitality."
"As a professional golfer, I aim to make my matches entertaining for the spectators. Besides, I enjoy playing the games that the audience enjoys watching. That's why I feel the same with Pokémon battles. We enjoy the battles that others enjoy to watch. However, I get so caught up in the battle that I don't pay attention to my surroundings. I still have a lot to learn."
"Toucannon often assists me when I'm in golf competitions. Sometimes, I insert my golf ball into his beak and he fires the golf ball off with his Beak Blast. The golf ball launches from a Beak Blast can go very far!"
"As a professional golfer, I've traveled to many regions to participate in golf tournaments there. I even made it to the finals of the last year's world tournament that is held in Kalos!"
