[Background:

• Born and raised in San Diego California. Isabella was born when he was 4 years old, his only sibling, and immediately he fell into the role of big bro.
• Was mostly raised by their dad worked two jobs, after their mom passed away from cancer when Mike was 11 years old. The grief hit Mike the hardest, being a mama's boy, and he became reclusive as he hit his teens.
• Got into a lot of fights in middle school and high-school, which in turned caused a lot of arguments between him and his dad. Seeing the interest Bella had in art, Mike brought her to the attic to show her their mom's old artwork, supporting and feeding into her aspirations in his own gruff way.
• In a heated argument that blew out of proportion with his dad, Mike got kicked out of the house when he was 16. Ended up couch-hopping for a couple months, until his dad let him back home. While they formed a reconciliation, they're relationship is still strained to this day.
